Snapped KBS C-Taper Lite/ KBS warranty

Anyone else ever snapped a shaft like this?? Was playing yesterday and when I started my downswing it snapped right between my hands.

Anyone ever dealt with KBS warranty? They already responded to me saying it should be covered but I was also hoping to switch model to $-Taper Lite

Broke a shaft (DG S300) like that earlier in the year. Hit a handful of shots off the range mat before I teed off, and on one of my last shots my 6i shaft broke exactly like yours. Only thing was mine broke right after I made contact with the ball. And no, I was not trying to take divots out of the range mat...lmao

KBS is great about warranties, even on shafts that are simply bent. Whether they'd change models for you could be a different story. This is incredible though.

As mentioned, KBS is great to deal with. They did offer to send me a different shaft model if I wanted BUT they were already going to replace the whole set since I sent pictures of all my iron tips being bent. Not sure if they would replace the whole set with a new model since only 1 shaft needs to be replaced.

Luckily it was may driving iron and isnt the same shaft as my other irons, they are in fact sending me a different model though. The guy I have been emailing with has been great and is hooking me up with the S Taper lite. KBS gets a thumbs up from me

Man... i sure am hearing alot about kbs shafts brrakingnor bending... im worried... right when i orderef mmc s taper 120s. Dont think ive heard any other companys snapping and bending this much?

$Taper is a sweet shaft. I really have only heard of the CTaper bending.

With how easy they were to deal with, I wouldnt worry about it much. They were super helpful and replied quickly as well

I have snapped both my 7 & 6 iron, and now the grip end of all my shafts have rusted to the point the have pin holes. I take great care of my clubs and this is very concerning to me. Anyone else have the rusting issue?

My 5 iron snapped clean through this afternoon. I lost the hole😪
