Any Good Glove Deals?

I did the $19.99 Kirkland 4-pack last year and thought they performed pretty well. Before I pull the trigger on those again, I figured I'd see if anyone knew of any other good glove deals floating around.

I think the MG Golf Dynagrip Elite glove is the best value in gloves. $6.99 each, soft, fits well and lasts. Its all I've used for the past 2+ years.

I'm also jumping on the MG Dynagrip Elite for $6.99. I just ordered 4 yesterday and they shipped them out already. Great gloves and really fast shipping. I've been using them for years

That's 4/4 on recommendations for the MG DynaGrip Elite. I'll have to give it a try. How is sizing? I did their online sizing thing and it put me in a medium.. I wear an XL in FJ if that helps..

I have the Costco 4 pack and the MG. The MG is more like a TitleistPlayers fit and feel. Soft, thin leather.

Costco gloves are nice but they are thicker leather and need a little break in period.

Fit is better and more consistent glove to glove with the MG vs the Costco.

My biggest issue with the Costco gloves is the thumb stitching as some have the thumb is just a bit too long and/or stitching does not fit right on my thumb.

Seems to get better after you wear it for awhile but new out of the box it can be annoying .

@Radeon962 Thanks for sharing that comparison along with the pictures. I noticed the same thumb issue with the Kirkland glove but as you mentioned it got better over time. I see you went with the same size here for both. Is it safe to say that they run similar in size? I read a review or two that mentioned how the MG stretch out quite a bit so I was considering sizing down.

I will also vouch for MG. I was a long time Titleist glove user until I ordered a pair of MG gloves. These gloves feel just like Titleist players and perma soft for almost 1/3 of the price.

The MG does stretch due to the thinner leather but no more so than a comparable Titleist glove.

For the price, I buy the size that fits right when it’s new and by the time it may be stretched out it’s time for a new glove anyway.

Yeah I love the MG gloves when new, but doesn't take long for them to stretch and not fit well in my experience.

Just picked up some of the Kirkland ones to try out.

MG is trash, two different attempts with them and they shred when using corded grips. The Golden Eagles are nice. Srixon also makes a really nice Cabretta glove that can be had dirt cheap usually.

I've never had an MG glove not hold up really well. For me they are great and don't stretch out that much either. I'd say buy the correct size as noted above. The quality of the gloves is great and for the price, they are a bargain.

SG gloves on ebay are great as well! go between them and MG. I use cord as well so really chew up no matter what

I've usually always stocked up from RBG when they have their store brand cabretta gloves on clearance. Not sure about now, but they could be had for less than $5 a glove when they put them on clearance. I love the MG gloves, but I can say that fit hasn’t been super consistent in my experience. It’s not by much, but I’m not sure what the difference is between M/L and Cadet M/L. I’ve had both sizes come and feel looser or tighter than the last time. Who knows? Maybe it’s just my hands getting fatter and skinnier.

The MG's are good, but I wasnt expecting much sub $10. Decent fit, but great performance overall. Its a $6 glove and there are slight fit problems like some have had.

The MG Elites were delivered this morning. I ordered 3 gloves. Each glove fit perfectly with no inconsistencies. Looking forward to seeing how these perform and hold up. Thanks again everyone for the input.

The Costco gloves work fine for me--downside is that they don't offer cadet, and don't have elastic on the back of the hand which tends to improve fit.

for the price, I think the Costco gloves are fine. My hands sweat like crazy, so I'm tough on gloves. Plus, I'm not a perfectionist when it comes to gloves, and the Costco gloves are beyond acceptable.

 

Plus, there's no risk with Costco gloves. If you don't like them, return shipping is free, and all you need to do is put them back in the envelope, find a Ups drop box or store, and get a full credit.

Yup. I use the Kirkland for practice because it's thicker, and use MG to play. Works great!

Radeon962's take on Kirklands is spot on. However, they feel premium enough to me. I've never tried the MG gloves. I just picked up a 4pack. Love the price and being able to just go to Costco and get them when needed is nice.

 

After playing 2 back to back rounds with the glove, the thumb isn't an issue. Feels more and more like Titleist premium glove.

Well, I tried the Kirkland glove today and they were fantastic in the sweltering heat. Fit and feel is like a premium glove. I went back to Costco and bought more. Hope Titleist doesn't sue them like they did with the balls.
