Mine is in a Taylormade adapter and measures 18 5/8” to the back of the a in Fujikura. It is untipped.

Mine measures 18 4/8 (18.5") with a Ping G410 adapter so thats pretty close. I doubt anyone tipped it 1/8" so I can only assume mine is untipped.

Thinking I may give this shaft another chance... Driver is feeling good and I finally settled on Fujikura Ventus Black 6X.

Hoping with my swing back to relatively normal, it will compare nicely! *Fingers crossed*

First day out with the F1 was no bueno. Couldnt keep it from over fading out right. Put my Pro 2.0 TS back in and ball flight went right back down the middle.

Going to head back out to the range this evening so we'll see how it goes.

On paper the specs are crazy similar between these two shafts so its weird to see it varying so wildly in performance.

The softer tip (by 5mm flex) and lower torque (1 degree) of the PRO TS is likely helping you to square the face better compared to the Motore X. Food for thought! Let us know if you have any questions.

Just looking for a ballpark answer, if I'm playing the F3 7x in .5" short in driver (thanks again for the shaft!), is there a certain profile or shaft that I should look into that would mesh well in my 3w? Currently playing a stock Pro 7x in 3w also .5" short.

Yes, definitely if you are liking the Motore X F3 in your driver it is also phenomenal in fairway woods. So we're pretty confident F3 would work well for you and you'd like the consistency throughout your woods.

How responsive is the EI profile of the butt section of the F1 60 Stiff to trimming? is it a fairly flat profile in the butt section to where a 1" short driver length will play the same as a stock length? Or does the profile in the butt section drop off from the end of the blank so that trimming will change the stiffness there slightly?

Second time out with the F1 went much better this evening.

My normal draw turned into a nice fade and the club seemed much more controllable with tight dispersion! The Pro 2.0 TS might be a tad longer and take the right out of play - but the Motore X F1 takes the left out of play big time (snap hook/overdraw) and turns my miss into an exaggerated fade at the worst. Neat!

Third time out went awesome today. Really moving into this shaft well - but I'm losing distance like crazy. I'm a good 10-15 yards short of my Pro 2.0 TS leaving me an extra club on approach shots. The dispersion and consistency is CRAZY good with this shaft though.

I wonder if the F3 model would bring my distance back up but keep the same dispersion.

I have been playing a 7x tipped an inch in a SIM Max 9.

Fuji recommends NO tipping from driver to 3w - but many people still follow their 'standard' of personal tipping practices or whatever a manufacturer does by default.

I personally do not tip in driver but do .5" in 3w.

We don't recommend tipping unless your speed is quite high maybe 110+ then we'd say an inch, but again, not mandatory. Both Motore X and Ventus have very stiff tip flexes compared to others in our line like ATMOS

Thank you! I got the Motore X F3 6X and playing it in sim 8° with a ton of success so far. Knocked everything else out. Picked up a a few yards of carry with the same rollout over ventus blue and pro orange.

I am going to have a hard time finding a better combo than what I’m gaming now. Since I got the F1 dialed in, it has been a monster! I didn’t think anything could beat out my Diamana DF but it didn’t just beat it, destroyed it! Thanks again Fujikura for this shaft!

Well I just couldnt go on with life without knowing what the F3 could do vs the F1...so I have an F3 shaft incoming this week. We'll see how it plays with the ATMOS Black and the Pro 2.0 TS

+1, would like to the f3 6s compares ro the ventus velocore blue and red. I have an f3 on the way for my g410 lst. Debating velocore red or blue for the sim.

Had the F3 out for the first time today and wow what a difference from the F1, for me. More testing to come!
