Low launching hybrid

it launches High like crazy.

i am looking for another hybrid around 20 degrees, But I need this One to flight the ball much lower.

which hybrid would you recommend ?

I am a sweeper so it would be very good, If it suits a sweeping angle.

Just go to the 3H 19 degree. It will launch significantly lower given you're taking off 7 degrees of static loft so will probably launch about 3-4 degrees lower. It isn't surprising that a 5-6 hybrid launches high given just purely the design of the club with CG low and back to promote launch and so much static loft. Also consider your swing and if you're flipping at the ball and increasing dynamic loft even more.

Super high launch is usually a product of swing issues delivering too much loft. But without changing swing, just get a stronger lofted hybrid and it will naturally fly lower.

Youll want to look at smaller hybrids then. The TS2 is the more forgiving larger head compared to the TS3 which has a more forward CG and a smaller head. So you should probably look at more tour/players hybrids. The other option is to look at something like a driving iron or one of the hot faced hollow bodied irons, they are pretty easy to play, but low lofted ones can be harder for some people, but the newest ones the ball jumps off the face. They have become a really nice blend of hybrid and iron for people who want to kill launch, or just dont get along with the hybrid.

 

You could look into putting a heavy and stiffer shaft into a hybrid as well, but how much that will reduce launch depends on you and how it impacts your delivery.

The new Apex hybrid or an older M1/M3 hybrid. Anything with a smaller profile front to back and with the CG not as low.

You're playing a 26* hybrid...of course it launches crazy high. I'd recommend just sticking with the G410 and grabbing the 19* and turning it up to 20*. With 6* or 7* less loft it's going to launch considerably lower than your 26* hybrid. No reason to reinvent the wheel if the G410 works for you.

Agreed with above on 818h2 being a good option. I am still sort of experimenting with replacing my 4-iron. Even with a white evenflow I hit it considerably higher than the comparably lofted 4-iron, but that's still a lot lower than I think most hybrids would launch. But really, other advice about driving irons and other hollow long irons sounds like a better solution for you. Hybrids, with a few exceptions, are designed specifically to assist launch. The few exceptions to that design rule are pretty much mimicking hollow iron construction.

i just grabbed a srixon h85 - stock shaft is HZRDUS black 85 and can definitely be kept low

I'd give the TM M3 a try. Nice flight for me, hardly ever ballooning. And you can adjust it down a couple degrees if you want it even flatter.

i have decided to pull the trigger on the Callaway Apex 20 degrees with 80 grams Even flow Black shaft.

Found the SIM to be pretty low launching compared to others (and also longer compared to others).

My TSi2 hybrid hits ultra low bullets paired with the HZRDOUS Black RDX.

 

For me this combo plays like a driving iron but with WAY more ball speed retention on off centered strikes. 

 

MEVO+ averages - 220 yard carry rolling out to 245 yards. Can hit within a 40-80ft window as required. 

 

Playing in windy links conditions it's been incredible at cutting through. Wind does nothing to this ball flight. 

 

Only downside is that it's got no stopping power - but I carry a juiced T200 4 iron for long approaches.

PING Anser is imo the best option. They are soooooo inexpensive on eBay and are exactly what you are looking for. They come in a million different loft options and they look really clean at address

 

 

They also launch pretty low

I advise getting fit but if you're buying off the shelf then id say a 3h at 19*
