My Pars and Stripes driver arrived today and I think it’s sick looking. I hope it performs well too, if not my bag will look good at least.

It is a bit polarizing, but as you can see by the rest of my bag I’m a big fan of the color combo so the real deal Ventus made it an easy choice. I got rid of the SIM to get it. Honestly i like the look and sound of the SIM better but the added forgiveness of the SZ Extreme really make more sense.

While the SIM has been the best performer for me I can honestly say the Cobra SZ has been my favorite of all the new offerings.

Just picked up the Apollo Creed, can’t wait to get it out on the course!

Happy to report that the first Apollo Creed Xtreme range session was a success. I’m coming from a Ping G410 LST and this is what I wanted out of that driver. Better feel(could be the shaft) and better flight.

Need to get it on the course and see if it’s any longer. It’s definitely a lot more forgiving than the LST.

Does anyone know if there are any channels in which to acquire a 7.5* head like Bryson has?

Isn't the retail head adjustable to 7.5? How low are you looking to go? Become good friends with your local Cobra rep. Before switching to Srixon our local guy was able to come through with some great stuff from time to time.

I want the 7.5 standard head that Bryson has, the 9* is as low as retail goes. I will try to see if my cobra rep can get it, but I am not holding my breath lol

No, he’s only hitting it 240. That’s why he needs the 7.5*.

Are you finding that the 10.5* head is more fade biased?

Not really. I’ve got it at 9.5 and it looks really good to my eye
