Toe Miss w/ Irons Came Out of Nowhere

Figured I'd throw this question to the group. Have always been a fade player (over the top), with very little width in the backswing (was an opposite-field contact hitter in baseball). For the life of my golf game, my miss was always thin and on the heel with my irons. I generally assumed that this was due to me getting too quick on the downswing coupled with my casting. About six months ago I started a whole new miss that has never happened before. I'm now routinely missing with my irons way out on the toe (even some strikes that completely miss the grooves on the irons). Can anyone explain why this new miss is occurring?

My assumption is that in trying to hit less of a fade, I'm attempting to come inside-out with my downswing but instead I'm merely opening my body too early and pulling my hands away from the ball which moves my strike way out to the toe. While I've definitely fixed some of my slice issues, this new miss is punishing. Here's one of the few swing videos I have with an iron. Any thoughts would be helpful. You're on the wrong side of the ball for me to help very much but I'd start with taking the club back a little long rather than picking it straight up in the backswing. My miss is also a lame little thin heeler that goes straight right. I found getting a little closer to the ball and trying to hit down on my irons a little more than before helped mitigate my issue a touch. ymmv

Have you ever messed around trying to tame that flying left elbow? Your rotation through impact is pretty enviable.

You pick up the club with the arms. Need more rotation and keeping that lead arm straighter on the way back. Your at a real steep position at top, only way is to come over the top on the way down. Impressive recovery though coming through impact zone.

Hands to need to be more over the left shoulder at the top. Elbow needs to point more down.

Your shoulders are very open at address.

You need to have some hip turn and lose some flex in the trail knee in the backswing.

Your elbows separate to such an extreme, your left hand almost completely come off the club.

This is the tour striker ball, but honestly you can just buy a rubber ball from a thrift store or even use a small bucket from out on the range. The goal being to keep your elbows closer and arms more connected to the body.
