When I started playing, I got hand me down Mizunos from a friend. I read up on the company and asked him about the whole „Nothing feels like...“ thing and he said it’s true. I guess that settled it. Could have been any other company by that logic. But I sure love my old MPs!

I’m sure there’s nothing wrong with the other manufacturers but I’m in too deep. If anything, Srixon is tempting me a little.

Ping i20, because I got tired of replacing worn out clubs and these will probably outlast me. And they’re much easier to hit on bad days and in general since I only play 1-2 rounds a week and never practice anymore.

Ping i15’s for me. Long time blade player, committed to playing these all season to see if forgiveness really helps me any. Also trying to find something I can play that holds up better. The 1025 and 8620 steel most blades are made from just don’t hold up well on my home course. But I am not sure the change will stick. Don’t want to turn this into a debate. Just not seeing any benefit scoring but they are holding up better.

Play Titleist 962b because I have used them for years to a reasonable standard, the shape suits my eyes, the turf interaction suits my delivery under varied conditions, and I can control my distance and trajectory somewhat intuitively...other than that, don’t like them much?

Currently playing the Callaway Apex 19's. They look & feel awesome which I know is subjective but they just tick all the boxes for me. I have sitting in the garage the Ping i500's, Cobra Forged Tec 20's & 2017 P790's.

As far as I'm concerned, Mizuno, Titleist, and Ping are the only three serious iron companies out of the major OEMs. Sure other OEMs have great stuff from time to time, but those three are the only ones that have multiple models I would actually play in their new lines, every single release.

Great looking at address, great looking in the bag (don't kid yourself, this is important and in this day and age it's not something you should have to compromise), great performance, and enough depth in their lineup that I need to think hard about which model to choose (either a players CB or a players distance iron).

My current set is the MMC, my last was the S56. I've owned multiple sets from each of the three, and also TM and Bridgestone.

Miura CB57 (half set) or Bridgestone J40 DPC for me. Could happily play something from Titleist, Mizuno, or Srixon too.

I play the newer taylormade P790’s and they are fantastic. They feel and perform much better than the older 790’s.

I retired my Titleist 755's after about 14 years' service and replaced them with Titleist T100's, 3 to pitching, with KBS Tour 120's. I also have a Titleist U510 1 iron.

I didn't set out to replace Titleist irons with Titleist irons - I tried them during a driver fitting and felt like it was time to upgrade. So far so good!
