I’m a natural lefty swinging anything. Played baseball as a lefty but switched to playing golf right handed after a shoulder injury and agree lefty swings look so much better it’s crazy.

I know this is meant to be a joke but as someone who played basketball and ran the 400m for a Division 1 NCAA program I can tell you that Badminton is the most physically taxing sport I have ever played at a high level. Running the 400m takes less than 50 seconds. If you are playing someone of equal skill in Badminton you will have points that last that long and you are basically doing wind sprints the entire match. From someone who knows, don't sleep on Badminton. Brooks's knees definitely aren't holding up to that.
