Dean, very exciting to hear, but PLEASE don't change either of these two aspects:

Feel/sound off the putter, MTB Black has very unique and just right "soft click" that I haven't found in other balls (soft balls can jump like superballs, high compression balls can have hollow click feel)Premium look/feel of the white in your hand, differentiates from other DTC as well as mainstream urethane offerings, and just looks like top quality (compared with the bright white, plasticky look/feel of some others)

Seems like you guys are moving... I placed an order on Wednesday and got it on Friday in KY... Wish I had put them to better use over the weekend, but that's my own fault.

I'm playing the X this season and getting along great with them. Played them in Idaho in 20+ MPH winds, and I could keep them in play... Got a "free" box of TP5Xs in the Member-Member this week that I'll try, but I can't imagine they will compete with the Snell in terms of value.

Looking forward to any updates you have, but appreciate what you've done! It's nice to have an affordable, competitive option. I don't feel like I'm giving anything up playing the Snell ball.

Quick question (retro edition). My all time favorite ball is Nike One Tour D (I even have one more dozen in the closet). Which Snell ball would be closest (I know it may not be too close). I loved the One Tour D because It went as well as anything (for me) off the driver, but I could spin the heck out of it with the lob wedge...

Thanks.

Going into testing the MTB Black and MTB-X I really thought the X would fit my game better since I use the X models of other premium balls. Found the X to be long as any off the driver and fairway woods, a nice penetrating trajectory, but ended up being a club shorter of my irons and having a higher trajectory...I’m guessing the X is spinning to much for me off the irons. The Black is only about 5-8 yards shorter off the driver with a higher but not a ballooning trajectory, and a full club longer off my irons(distance that I’m expecting them to go). The X was spinning back past the pitch mark on iron shots into the green. While the Black was hitting then stopping with little spin back, which I’m totally fine with. The X and Black were equal for me chipping, pitching and putting. Surprisingly the Black fits my game better.

Yes, the same for me. Guessing the X spins more for me off the irons than the Black.

glad I stocked up, they are out of black high number again lol

We have high numbers on order again... Yellow as well... With the covid situation, we have had to prioritize the orders from the factory to make sure we have enough of our core products, but the high numbers and yellow balls have been selling more than expected and have been ordered in higher quantities.. thanks for your patience.

I so understand, you have been doing a outstanding job getting orders out during covid.  I have 3 dozen high number mtb blacks, so i am good til you get them back in

Been playing the blacks for a long time now.  As I’ve said before in this thread the durability is still impressive to me.  I can get 10+ rounds out of a single black.

Dean,

When will we hear what's coming in the pipeline?

Canadian market is screwed by Snell and/or the distributor. No free shipping (unless you spend $100), no test packs. Want to try Snell MTB in Canada, $44.99 + tax+$10 shipping. All in $57 to try it out. Hard pass. Can walk in to any sporting goods store, walmart, golf shop, etc., and buy proven high end balls for less.

If that's what it takes to get a piece of the pie in Canada, then the direct to consumer model is a tough nut. Would love to try them, but can't swallow the initial layout.
