I have a stencil and put my own triple track lines on the ball I use. The triple track lines on the ball match the lines I had added to my custom 2018 SC Fastback. For the provisional use case, I just use the numbers on the ball to differentiate between the two.

I just put my initials on there with a Sharpie, usually black but sometimes a brighter color.

Yeah, boring. But nobody at my club seems to have the same initials as me so I've never had any confusion over whether it's my ball or not.

Single blue dot to the right of the # both sides. I use a Sharpie Extreme, vey good durability compared to regular Sharpie.

It could but the dark blue shows up with varying colors. Maize on a yellow ball isn't distinct. Go Blue!

Sharpie, pre-marked whenever possible, four dots around the number and solid line over the side stamp, each ball in the sleeve gets a different color.

Various colored sharpies and a dot or three, depends on how I'm feeling that day. I usually turn the numbers into something silly too, like the 2s and 4s into 42s or something along those lines.

I use a fine Sharpie which is useful also for marking scorecards since our club changed to printing on shiny card. I find marking my balls several days before means the markings stay better than marking them straight before a round

I've got a fine Sharpie which I use to mark. It is also the perfect pen for our score cards since our club started printing on shiny gloss card which used to rub the ink off!

I used to do some pretty excessive marking like underline the brand then put two chevrons on either side, a lot of work for a time where I'd loose a ball so quickly, was also too busy for my eye. So I adopted something a bit more simple and basically copying Rickie Fowler's marking, neon orange dot top left since orange was my university colour and can be easily seen in the grass. Some balls will get a short thick black line for alignment if I don't like the factory marking.

I fill in a dimple close to the number with a black or blue sharpie (whatever is in the bag), then put a K in a dimple adjacent the dot.
