Ebay shaft shorter than described

The guy has 3 feedback and a Neutral for not providing a headcover to a putter as listed. Yes, looks like the Fuji Pro 2.0 7X is relisted... guy is scum for sure.

The seller said he didn't get the shaft back and now it is listed for sale again?!?!?!? Nothing like just trying to flat out steal from someone.

I still have yet to leave feedback. Is it a no-brainer Negative? Do I have to give him some benefit of the doubt that maybe his mail was misplaced and he got trigger happy when it said "delivered" but he didnt see it?

Your discretion but me personally, I would leave negative. The negative mark based on the provided information for the purchase is deserving IMO.

To play devil's advocate, it is common even during normal times for USPS shipments in certain areas to be marked "delivered" when they haven't been, either because they were missed/forgotten or because everything was marked "delivered" at the beginning of the route and the delivery man/woman ran out of time. Both of these things happened to me frequently at my last home and it really comes down to where you are in the route (I was near the end) and how professional/ethical your delivery person is. The package would normally come in the next day or two.

However, if this guy lives in one of those areas then he would know this as he would have experienced it before and wouldn't be trying to pull a fast one. I say give him the negative and dispute the one he leaves for you if he retaliates.
