smaller, quality head covers ( to crowded)

so many head covers nowdays, i just want small head covers that dont take up so much room. i tried stealth (ugly) currently have club glove, still to big. what about jan craig or rockets without pom or something else? anywhere these are retailed ?

Look for a nice upscale private club in your area if you're looking for Jan Craig's or Iliac's with the tassle. If not just order them off their respective websites.

They will definitely take up less room, and the quality is top notch. Although I recommend at least one headcover with a Pom to give the bag a little life.

I have leather Iliiacs on the driver and 3 wood and rocket skinny sticks on the hybrids after a long time with the Jan Craigs w/ big poms. I really like the Iliacs and the sizing of the skinny sticks is good. Not sure the Rocket quality is quite up to that of the Jan Craigs.

The state of headcovers is pretty sick. Too much $$ for too little style and quality. Jan Craigs are nice, but too heavy and expensive. Rockets are short and look pretty ratty after a year. I don't really "identify" with any animals, cartoon characters, superheroes or colleges.

Some Japanese stuff is cool but WAY too much $$$. Seems like anything that looks good and is somewhat unique is going to cost you.

Try Havala Travis headcovers. Nicer than than the Illiac's that I've seen and I've heard as nice as the Jan Craigs. I've got a set and am very pleased. She'll make them any way you want.

I've got AM&E "stretch fur" covers on my woods/hybrids. They're snug-fitting (not at the shaft, per se, but that probably doesn't matter), great looking, and durable. I like 'em.

+1 I have the scotty cameron version of the AM&E cover on my driver and 3 wood great fit and they look great.

What's cheapest place to buy the Iliacs? They seem pretty pricey off the website for $58.

I'm just looking for 1 sleek cover for my driver. I don't mind the fairway wood OEM covers but the driver cover for my DYmo2 is ridiculous huge.

Maybe you need to get in touch with your grandma that still knits. Have her make a few of them for you. Then it's unique, small and has some sentimental value. It's been too long since you talked to her anyway.

I second www.travisheadcovers.com and the quality is much better than Rocket Tour which I had prior. Plus you can choose from many different designs and colors. I ended up going with the skull and crossbones and couldn't be happier!!
