Srixon Z-URS

This is a GREAT ball!

I've been playing this one for a bit and really like it. I could never really catch a groove with any incarnation of the Pro V1 series. I don't really care for HEX dimple patterns. I thought I was just out of luck with premium balls and started playing E6's. These are great balls too, but were too soft off the putter for me. I ran some searches on here and decided to try Srixons. Glad I did. These things are great. Thanks to everbody that reviewed the Srixons. It really helped out. Anybody that is looking for a premium ball should try these out. Great distance, accuracy, spin, and short game feel. It's taken a lot of rounds, but now I'm a Srixon guy. Check 'em out.

Oh yeah, Golfwrx is the best forum on the 'net. Hands down. Thanks to all the moderators and members who make the site so great. Good info, reviews, stories, and pics without all the crap and fighting. Thanks again

How do you find the durability to be? I was always looking to try them but was afraid they'd scuff up like the HX-Tour.

The URX-S has also just become my new ball. Previously, I liked the NOB, the old one. Especially when its windy. I don't much care for the new NOB.

The URX-S has great distance, and it spins really well on chips and pitch shots, which I like because I like to fly the ball most of the way and let it check up.

Now I just need to try the TP Black. Tried the TP Red and its not as long as the URX-S.

Durability was great. Used 2 balls during the round today. Lost one in the water on the 3rd hole. Played the rest of the round with the other. Still looks good. Only one wedge scuff on it and will start the next round with this ball. Try them you will like them.

there is a URX-S all i herd about is the Z-urs

well about the Z-URS i found that they dont cut when i hit my lob shots the previous srixon balls like the z-ur and hrx-333 couldn't with stand the grooves on the spinmilleds and would shred the ball and would leave the pieces of ball in my grooves and would have to switch out after 5 holes of play but i didn't have a single scuff on the zurs when i played 9 holes with them

im going to give them a real shot tomorrow

I'm going to give them a try for sure. I've recently switched from ProV1's to the TP Reds and Blacks. The last Srixons I played I found they cut up quite a bit.

wow!! what a ball!!!!!!!!!!! great great great.

i'm in love with the b330 because it gives me anywhere from 15-80 (roll baby!!) extra yards and still manages to spin like wooooaahh and feel soft off the putter.

but i like to try balls so i picked up a sleeve of z-urs. it's really a better version of the prov1. spins as much as any ball i've ever played. great feel.

it's gravy all around the course.. maybe too high off the driver for me (not saying i'm a bubba hitter.. i just tend to hit it high especially with driver and if i use the b330 i get a lot more distance), but balloons significantly less than the prov1.

with wedges this ball is soooooooooooo good. when i feel like going out with the sole purpose of having fun.. maybe my next round of beer golf.. the z-urs will be my ball.

my favorite part of golf is greenside.. and it's from there that this ball is heaven. it's just so easy to manipulate and seems to want to play around. so much fun.
