Gary Woodland WITB

Anybody know what Gary plays. He appeared to have a bag full of Titleist. 3 wood looked like it had a V2, not sure about the head model or loft or shaft weight and flex. Couldn't tell much about the driver. The irons are probably 710 mbs with some DG x100s. Wedges probably vokey. Anybody know for sure?

It looked like a RIP in a 910 driver. Curious to see what else he has too. Great motion he has - compact with plenty of power.

From the titleist site it looks like he is in project x in the irons. MB 3-PW, CB 2 iron. The 3 wood is a 909 and the Driver is a 910D3. Also plays pro-v1

I swear one of the wedges he played looked like an x forged graphics. This my be totally off, and i know he is a Titleist staffer but it really looked like an X forged.

Hey Dizz,
Good job on Woodie's bag.. The RIP in the driver is a actually a 95x untipped. Until you see him hit it in person the stories just don't do him justice. When he's on the range @ Royal Oaks he has to bunt it 320 yards so he doesn't hit into the members on the other end of the range. I have never seen a controlled 290 carry then letting it run the rest.

I actually got the woods info straight from Titleist's site...it said 7.5 D3 with RIP 80X...you're info is more accurate if you've seen it in person...obviously LOL. One cool story about Woodland, I was on the Adams Tour Van about 2 summers ago (WGC event) and was waggling a few of his cast away clubs. One was a 9032Ti fairway wood with a Dynamic Gold X-100 tipped to length. Beatty from the fan was showing it to me, insanely stiff! He said Gary liked it but it just wasn't stiff enough for him so he had to go to graphite.

X 100 tipped 3 plus inches nuts

The x100 parrallel shaft is that nor that stiff in woods and tipping dosnet make much of a difference.

I have seen a 4 wood where the last step was 1/2 inch above the ferrule yet it was ok,not for me of course but Ive seen much stiffer in graphite.
