What are your Stats????

Before these stats come out you should know that on my home course, the fairways are less than 20 yards wide (crazy I know) and the greens are pretty much 10 yards wide and 30 yards deep.

 

Fairways - 30%

GIR - 50%

Putts per round - 28

Up and down - 35%

 

I was pretty pleased until I saw the other stats here!

Fairways: 8/14 (last summer i was definitely averaging over 10 f/w's a round, but now since I work, I got no time to keep up and practise like I used to)

 

Greens: 10/18 (I need improvement here since the majority of the time when I miss the green, I end up with a double or worse, yes, I'll miss the green that BAD)

 

Putts: 27-29 per round (30 or over I feel like I putt like s**t

 

Handicap: 2.8

Putts per GIR : 2.3 (I didn't work on my putting for the past 2 years)

yea we've come close a couple times, someone always has a bad day... about the 14 gir's you have to set your goals high man, i'm not gonna reward mediocracy!!! :cheesy:

lincoln-way central hs in new lenox, IL... i used to go to the school when it was just Lincoln-Way HS if you're familiar w/ hs sports we were the powerhouse in athletics... my freshman year of hs we had 120 kids try out for the FRESHMAN GOLF TEAM!!! i also played baseball there

Fairways- Around 50-60%

 

GIR- between 40-70% (it all depends on the kind of day I'm having- 9-10 per round seems about average though)

 

Putts- low 30s usually (my biggest weakness is probably putting; when it;s on, I can go low, if not, forget it)

 

Scoring average- somewhere in the high 70s.

 

handicap- around 5

 

Kind of vague, but I don't really keep track that much, I'll count them up for a round, but I don't keep track and look at them after every round and count the cumulative average or anything.

These are my stats for the current season, march to october.

 

Fairways hit - 74%

GIR - 72%

Putts - 26.1 per round

Sand Saves - 54%

Scoring average - 68.2 (65 round of competiton golf)

 

Putting is my strength! I've not had more than 29 putts in a competition for 15 rounds of golf, and counting!!

My 2006 average pretty much done the year only 5-10 rounds left I'd say...(72 rounds)

 

Fairways 567/1002 = 56.6% or 8/14 per round.

GIR 976/1296 = 75.3% or 13.5/18 per round.

Putts 2308 or 32/round.

Sand Saves 39/64 or 60.9%

Scoring Average 5036 shots taken in total for 72 rounds on the year which is an average of 69.94 (although half my rounds are on a par 71 course)

Most of you guys say that you hit 14 gir around, but i have never come close to that. My best ever is 13 when i shot my first 73.
