what is it?

Was watching some of the dutche and saw howell III's putter and saw a green odyseey putter grip.same design as on the white steel grip but green. it looked really malletey and huge any word would help. :clapping:




Looked back at the tournament pics and saw a bettinardi headcover. but my only delema is that the head cover is for a blade putter not a mallet................................. :cheesy:

Charles loves the Zebra head and he came to Bettinardi to make a putter that looks like the Zebra milled out of 1 piece and it turned out awesome. I am using mine and the feel is unbelievable. Charles has had his for over a 2 months now and he absolutley love it.

Unfortunately they will not become retail. These were strictly made for Charles as a prototype only.

Ya i took it out and looked at it when he was in Wilmington doing a demonstartion it was sweet, at first i thought it was an old ram putter.

BTW, tell Bob to lose the 'tour exempt' name, not only does it sound lame, it does not make any sense. What is the idea here, the putters are supposed to be for the tour or not allowed on the tour as the name implies? His putters are better than that.

I will relay the message. The putter is around the same size as the XM. Not too big. Just perfect. To be honest, you will not find them on ebay as only 5 of each were made and Charles has 1 of each and the guys that have bought them from me are never going to sell theirs. They love them that much. So if you want one, just let me know.

WOW I had no idea that Bettinardi putters had gone up that much in value. I checked out your website and I was shocked by the prices.

 

Yes Sir, they used to be a little less than the Camerons, they are on Par with them now, which only makes sense.

Don't take that wrong. I have a large collection of all types of putters. I have not checked the going rates on Bettinardis in a while. And I was surpised at the current prices. When I was in IL we were one of the first shops to open up a Bettinardi account. I have a few Little Levins and some long necks from 1999
