Not all that different really, looks similar to several other past and current models. Looks clean though, and if it had a plumber's neck hosel I'd be all over it.

Same here, very clean lines. Ping needs to reintroduce their best long putter the B90I and quit goofing around with oddball designs in their belly and long putters.

I agree with the comment about it being a refined version of the Sydney. Offers a lot more simple, less distracting aesthetic, whilst still retaining the brilliant alignment aid. Watch out for this guy!

sounds like a non-ugly Sydney. I wonder if they're coupling this with the Sydney or realizing the Sydney is too ugly... it's Ping so probably not the latter.

The cool thing about the Nome is they are able to change the shaft bend to utilize the new "Fit for Stroke". The putter will be available in straight back, slight arc and strong arc. The belly will be out also Nome 405. Looking forward to it!!

I, too, am a fan of a mallet with a plumber's neck. That said, they seem to be very rare. I don't know why they are rare.

Does it cost a lot more for an OEM to build a putter with a plumber's neck ????

Awesome. Hopefully we'll get to see some shaft comparison pictures soon. I'm assuming they just have varying degrees of offset, but still would be interesting to see.

Would prefer this look over the Sydney. I just couldn't bag that thing....This on the other hand. If my putting ever goes sour, I could fall back on something like this...

+1 My thought exactly joekelli. Can't say I like it, but not terrible. Better than some Ping models I've seen. I like the colors, no blue or maroon. Keeping it clean and classy.

I don't think the Sydney has a 355 gram head though does it ? When I tried the Sydney it seemed so light headed.
