Show me your Ju Jus

  • 2 weeks later...

Ordered on Tuesday, finished and shipped on Thursday, received on Saturday. Talk about fast! Quality is also outstanding and fit is perfect. Ju Ju was a pleasure to work with as I was deciding on colors, stripe patters, lengths, etc. Love my new headcovers.

how do they do when they are out in the rain?
[/quote]

+1 for the rain question. They look very cool but living in Vancouver, but before I consider seriously taking the plunge some feedback on that aspect of Ju Ju's would be great..........I had some knit ones back in the dark ages and the rain wasn't kind to them.

Thanks.

knit headcovers and rain are not a good combo, especially wool headcovers from what I understand. If you play a lot in the rain probably not a good choice.

I played with Rocket Tour headcovers last year and really only had one slightly rainy day. Put my rain cover on my bag and everything worked out fine. If I knew it was going to be really wet though I'd probably take my OEM headcovers instead, or put my Rocket Tours back on should I decide to keep them.

Thanks, you confirmed what I guess I already knew from common sense .....I try to not play in the rain but not always possible, so I'll just stick with OEM's.

I will have to give 2 thumbs up tp Ju Ju as well. After doing some research for 2 weeks or so, I decided to buy her head covers. I sent her an email last Thursday to discuss getting some made, and by Saturday had determined the color and style. SHe said it would take her about a week to get them made and ready for shipping. I received an email from her today saying they ready ready to ship. They should go great with my new sun mountain hybrid bag. I would recommend Ju JU to everyone looking for head covers, its a real pleasure dealing with her.

Has anyone used Ju Ju's head covers with a 14 club divider bag? I inquired about some of these head covers from Ju Ju and mentioned that I have a C130 Sun Mountain cart bag that has 14 (actually 15) dividers. She mentioned that if/when I order to measure the distance from the bottom of the club head to the top of the bag, so the neck of the head cover won't get bunched up at the divider. This all makes sense except the neck of the head cover won't be but about 3 or 4 inches. Seems like it might look kind of funny.

Anyone with any experience using Ju Ju's with this type of bag?

Thanks

How long do these last for? Do they hold up well?

Had mine (and a set of wife) for 2-3 years. They still look brand new.

Very high quality product. Top shelf.

Also, she had mine to me in about a week.

Compare that to others and the decision is clear.

And cheaper than others too.

No brainer. Ju Ju rocksok.gif

Got my covers from Ju Ju for my wife today and was COMPLETELY SATISFIED! I had the covers back in 1 week. I was willing to wait 3. She communicates so well and the end product is "Top Shelf". Would definately recommend Ju Ju to anyone who want to take the plunge to the old school knit covers.

I have always liked the old school look of Pom-Pom headcovers, my best buds wife knit me one for my driver and I love the look. However it doesnt quite match my bag and it is already starting to come apart. So I started search online for headcovers. After much research I decided to contact Ju Ju. Her customer service was great. She was very quick to respond to my emails, she also gave me several choices on yarn color to match my bag perfectly. Her turn around time was very quick and her prices were much cheaper than any others I have seen (for the quality). I cannot say enough good things about Ju Ju and her work.
Here are my covers:

I noticed that the one hybrid cover has a short neck. Is that because you are using these head covers with a 14 club divider bag? I'm looking at having JuJu make some covers for me but I use a divider bag and was wondering if the covers look and work OK with such a short neck.

See post 107 in this thread.

Your covers look great.

Yep, they look great. The cover rests up almost exactly with the top of the bag. My measurement for my 4 hybrid was 3 inches and the covers look really nice on the bag.
