Tiger's workout taped?

I heard rumors there is a tape of Tiger's workout going around the internet. Supoosedly someone managed to tape Tiger working out in the gym near his home and put in on the internet. Anyone got it?

I doubt he's doing anything revolutionary....

There are simple fundamentals of training that any elite athlete workout must follow. I'm sure he isn't doing anything that other athletes (be it track, football, power lifting, speed skating, etc.) aren't already doing.

Sure he'll have some golf specificity but c'mon it's not like he has this magic workout that'll instantly drop strokes off your game or anything...

My instructor told me. He heard it from a couple of teaching pros.

I think it is a big deal, think about it no one other that him and a select few know it and he is considered practically unparelled on tour in the gym.

Who was it that said while he was at Stanford he was the strongest athlete pound for pound?

That's true, he was. I would be interested in seeing a video of his workout routine. I doubt there's anything tricked up in it, but he does like to keep things that give him a competitive edge a secret (i would too).

I am pretty sure he has a gym at his house which would make it tough for someone to tape his workout.

As few people have mentioned they heard he was the strongest pound for pound in college....but somehow I highly doubt it.

Remember he was probably only about 160-170lbs (if that, which is nothing for somebody about 6' tall) when he was in college.

That would be a bean pole in my books.

PGA.com lists him currently @ 185.

Granted I don't doubt him to be strong, he certainly is...but comparing him to the gymnasts/track athletes/football defensive backs/receivers (all super strong for their weight athletes) for some reason I don't think he'll push the numbers those other athletes would pound for pound.
