Golf ball choice for Seniors

Hi People:

 

Looking for a good golf ball at a decent price.

 

Driver: 80-85mph carry about 190 (220-230 with roll out)

 

6 Iron carry about 140.

 

Can shoot in the 80's nearly every time.

 

Need a ball that spins decently off the driver to assist in trajectory if possible.

 

Reasonable control on short shots but willing to compromise a tad.

The Wilson Zip is an easy recommend. Nice, 3-piece low-compression ball with soft feel at impact and off the putter. At current prices (2 boxes for $25), they're an absolute bargain!

[size="3"]I would echo the Wilson suggestion,I was in a similar situation and am very happy with the Wilson Staff Dx2 or Dx3 balls (may have a different name in the US),they have plenty of length,feel great for short shots and putting (feel soft and 'grippy' on short irons) and are sensibly priced.
Nice to go back to a well loved company too,I used to play the old,original optic orange ProStaff as favoured by Jerry Pate in the '80's![/size]
