guess the 913D3 motore speeder tourspec didn't last long. Maybe he just put that very low combo in for the open. Looks like he is using the D2. I know this shaft should be similar to his Rombax and Speeder, the new Diamana plus is supposed to be (in the case of the black version) whiteboard launch and feel with Ahina manufacturing or something like that, best of both shafts.

Looks like it is tipped a mile when comparing the Diamana logo on his to a standard. I would say by the looks of that, I wonder if Fuji tried to fit him into the vc .3 prototype? From all accounts, it sounds like money for him...

My guess is it's the new shaft but Fuji doesn't want it to appear any different than the current generation.

That is exactly what the new Plus series is, same materials as old Diamanas w/ new techniques from the Kaili/Ahina series of Diamanas.

+1. I have the new 70gram D+ and this looks 100% exactly like it (minus the Prototype label). Same logo coloring, same matte finish, same flowers, etc. Its just the new D+ series, probably an earlier tour model...

Didn't Tiger have a Orig WB with no flowers on it? the US retail WB has flowers, so does the D+, maybe Rory just requested to have them removed? I like the new D+, very crisp feel, and just a smooth and stable as Orig WB.

BTW---I am pretty sure this shaft is a Diamana Stinger. Originally released back in 2003. It is one of the most expensive shafts mitsubishi has ever released and it is pretty rare. The matte graphics and the prototype placement look identical. The example below is a gloss finish, but the matte finish was released as well. The shaft was made out of prototype boron material and I believe it retailed for about $1000
