How Many Headcovers are in Your Bag

6+ for me... Driver, 3w, 4h, 5-LW, Putter.

My irons aren't forged, but I still use iron covers (neoprene with window, color coordinated to my bag) to minimize the rattle sound of clubs clanking. Depending on the pace of play I might leave the each iron cover off after the first time that club is hit, but if there's any backup I'll almost always replace covers after each shot. Hybrid, Fairway, Drive, and Putter covers are replaced after each shot. I have red Callaway poms on my 3w and 4h and a Daily Lion on my Driver... Odyssey Americana on my Sabertooth or a white AME style with red/blue stars and American Flag on my other putters.

Driver gets tossed in basket when riding but usually walk, 3 wood, hybrid is getting evicted as soon as 712u arrives.....(so 3 at moment)

*did buy a Cleveland classic cover for my r11s when I do ride cart, slides on so much easier, and r11s cover dominates my bag so huge... Doesn't have sock/shaft protector, but by the time it's beat I'll be ready for a new shaft anyhow.....

2 for me, driver and 5 wood. My 3 wood is old and the head cover refuses to stay on and I'm tired of walking back for it after I realise it fell off. So it stays in my locker.

Three when traveling to/from the course. One during the round. I leave the 4-wood headcover on and put the driver and putter ones in my car while I'm playing. Because the 4-wood sits between the driver and putter it keeps anything from clanking together.

Irons and wedges are all stainless steel with steel shafts. No worries there.

P.S. I must say the matte black finish on my G25 driver is about the most ding-proof paint job I've ever encountered.
