i love witb threads but this one is bad.

you showed us all the clubs we already know. we want to see the 3w and 5w. and show better wedge pics. and iron shaft pics. we all know he plays the razr fit extreme with fubuki. and we all know he hits the razr mb's

i dont mean this as un appreciative. what you do is amazing. but can even you not see under those covers?
We take what the player/caddy will give us. I asked Bones on the 1st tee of the pro-am what was new in the bag and he said the driver. That was the only club he pulled the headcover off, just before Phil showed up on the tee and then Bones was in caddy mode.

Sorry you were so disappointed with the photos. I look forward to the ones you're able to get.

Thanks

NOOO MAN

i didnt mean dis respect.

i totally understand that bones only gives you what he does. you are the man. you totally give us everything we could want and more. i see how my poor word choices could be taken that way.

i guess i was just more saying that it sucks that they wont give you more.

sorry if in offended you.

Greg,

Can't get enough of the photos. Here in Boston it is thirty degrees and we won't tee it for another 50?+ days. Your photos are greatly appreciated. I check them every week. I can't tell you the Red Sox pitching rotation, but I know what sticks Phil/Tiger/Hunter/Rory/Etc. are using.

Everyone has to understand that Greg has a working relationship with everyone on the tour. The players are pros and so is Greg. Sponsors and relationships have to be respected. Greg is trusted and that is why he gets and we all enjoy his super access.

Thanks again and keep the pics coming. I hope to get chipped at the TPC in late August.

Just wondering, will you come to The Country Club for the US Amateur?

By Jonathan Wall, PGATOUR.COM Equipment Insider

Back in November at the World Golf Championships-HSBC Champions event in China, Phil Mickelson decided to put a TaylorMade RBZ 3-wood in play for the week. The 13-degree "driving 3-wood," bent to 11.5 degrees, had been bag staple for the last few month until last Thursday night at the Farmers Insurance Open, when Mickelson decided to switch it out his gamer for a new Callaway X Hot Prototype 3-wood.

Following the completion of play on Thursday, Mickelson drove from the course to the Ely Callaway Performance Center in Carlsbad to test out the prototype 3-wood. After putting it through a test session, Mickelson decided to put it in the bag for Friday's second round.

Due to the fact that the club is still a prototype model, specs and info on the X Hot fairway wood are being kept under wraps. What is known is that the 3-wood is a similar model to Mickelson's RBZ 3-wood, in that it looks more like a "driving 3-wood" with a stronger loft.

Never seen a RAZR FIT Headcover like that one. Looks like the TA wih red markings.

Anyone know where one could score one like that?

These pics are 'ok' but I was really hopin you could get Phil to take his spikes off so we can get some good shots of his Tour Issue socks. If you manage to pull that off, then Im sure I can think of some more unreasonable shots the WITB post is lacking and let you know........ :read:

Greg, thanks for all the work you do to provide us with quality images. I guess many on here don't realize the time it takes to foster good working relationships with the players/caddies/equipment companies, your effort and professionalism deserved better consideration than some comments afforded.

So many ungrateful people on this site. If it wasn't for Greg's efforts we would never know what some players use, and this site would be a far more boring place.

I for one really appreciate what he does, week in-week out.
