Hey Guys,

 

Thanks for all of the kind words, the putter is as put "special". I love her. I will be updating the pictures soon, as I have a new 3 wood in the bag - a J33 with a UST V2 86gram and I am waiting on a new Bridgestone J33 460 that will than go to Kwok for a shaft.

Where did you get your V2 proto, I'm looking for one for my driver already have a Furyk V2 proto in my three wood.

How do you like your J33R 460? You mentioned you are getting a new one and wondered if you are happy with the 8.5 or are considering moving to 9.5.

 

I can't find one to demo, but am going to order one based upon the looks and great reviews. Practically everything I've hit has too much launch angle and/or spin, except for the 8-degree Callaway 454 and some of the Titleist drivers.

 

I would probably put a 757 or similar 75g+ shaft in it. Keep hearing that the J33R launches very low, but not sure if this applies to the 460cc or not.

 

Any advice?

I am very pleased with my J33 460 in the 8.5* - I still havent had enough time with it to give a complete review of it, but I have a feeling that this may be in my bag for 2006.

 

My only possible driver out there to take the J33 out of the bag is the new 905R when it comes out... I say that because my buddy can get us a fitting at Titleist for the drivers so I may have to get fit for one there and than have a "driver shootout" of my own.

 

The j33 is big, sleek and powerful... the look alone inspires confidence and is a driver that everyone who is a decent driver of the ball should look strongly at... you also can get them for a song and a dance right now which is spectacular as well!

I am not too sure, it came via the US Postal Service yesterday from North Carolina. Now, if I only knew where the matching yellow/black one was now... hmm any ideas?

 

Anyways the Blue is a lot nicer looking then I thought, I was expecting a Darker Royal Blue instead it is a darker shade of Carolina Blue.
