I've played them with x100s for a little over a year. I have yet to find an iron that looks as good at address and feels as good on contact. I absolutely love these clubs and I know for sure that I will never get rid of them. And the paint fill looks sweet!!!

I highly doubt they are Muira forged. I gamed them for several years straight and loved them. They are a good forging, but not JDM good. A set of MP-69's finally kicked them out of the bag. I found the Mizzy long irons launched higher and would hold greens better. They are also softer feeling as well. I haven't looked back. Having said that, those are great irons, enjoy them.

Not Miura forged. I owned a set and they were awesome. Sold them for Mizzy 57s, then 62s, and finally settled on R9 Bs. Great set you have there. Wish I still had mine.

Hi, unfortunately, these are not the Miura Forged :(. I've only seen one guy played with the Miura Forged, in a local tournement, and if i'm not mistaken, it was an older set of Taylor Made 300 series. These were really sexy, but pricy at the time!!

I'm really impressed so far about the feeling and the playability. It's butter when hit on the ss, no doubt about that. Otherwise, expect lots of feedback when mishitted and a significant amount of distance lost.

Personnally, I still have a lot of alignement adjustments to make because there are way less offset in these than my prior Mizuno's JPX-800 PRO. The draw ball flight is not picking up yet, my mishits are going straight right (damn bunkers!!), but i'm not concerned too much for that yet.

I'm really looking foward to get confortable with the set and enjoy lots of ''eargasmic irons shot'' (lol)

Always thought these were some of the best looking clubs ever made. Enjoy.

I know what you mean!! I'm also amazed by the look, they still look a lot better than a few new highly advertised similar comparables, not bad for a 2005 edition hehe!

Yup, not miura forged but still feel very sweet. I've had mine since 2007, played them with PX 6.5 until this spring I put some X100's in them. They are deifnitely the best looking irons I have seen at address outside of the miura/scratch stuff that can get pretty expensive. As good as it gets for retail blade offerings but probably one of the least forgiving iron sets in recent memory. I have switched over to the Callaway X protos and they are definitely more user friendly. I won't ever be selling my TP MB's though.

The look at adress is just awesome, so as the feel. In my last range session i worked entirely with the 3-4-5 irons and i'm REALLY surprised on how these club are easy to hit, even from difficult lies. I seem to gain confidence with these clubs, and I like it !

Thank you for the paint fill comment, it was my first time on a full set! It takes time, but totally worth it and cheap (4$ total i think..lol)

Bought a set of satin RAC's (was told they were Miura forged, but can't confirm) on here about 3 years ago and they haven't left the bag since. I also have a set of Mizzy MP-58s, Adams CMBs, and TM Tour Preferred's. Mizzy's almost put them on the bench, but after 1 round, they were back in the bag. IMO, they are TM's best forged irons ever.

Update:

I just added a hybrid to my set. Taylor Made Rescue 3-18 with a adila RIP 65s shaft. I hope to fill the gap between my 3w (250) and my 3i (210). I'm tired to choke on a 3w or boost a 3i to get the job done, i made so many bad shoot in the past, it time to turn the tide.. It may improve my game, especially on 2nd shot on par 5, it add an extra option. On the machine at Golf Town, i was hitting between 225 and 235 yds. I was surprised by the feel and the trajectory, that Adila shaft looks promising for a stock shaft. Cant wait for tommorow to bring it to the range and the course

Where did you buy them from? I just sold a set of these a few months back on eBay, and the buyer pulled some shady stuff. I believe he was going to re list them for sale. These look just like the ones I sold. Same shaft and everything !

I bought in brand new at Golf Town in Montreal. Thanks for your concern!

Great irons, just bought a new set that are in the closet brand new in wrapers, now using MP69's
[/quote]

Keep them in the closet for a few years and you'll be rich! Besides, how do you compare the MP69 vs the MB's in therm of forvigeness, i want to buy the 69's :)

The 69's are more forgiving in my opinion. I switched from the MB TP's to the 69's. I still held onto my TM's though.
