Solid bag and sweet room! How tall are the ceilings? When I get a house built I really want to make a room like this or make my basement into a golfing practice facility with a putting green and optishot lol this just got me excited for that day to come!!!

Oh and is the room part of the basement? What is it's size? It looks like literally exactly what I want minus the putting green lol

I agree...that is a solid bag and a sweet room. My basement has 9' ceilings however it is filled with a lot of toys and the like. I am restricted to using my tee mat and hitting whiffle balls. It's better than nothing but maybe someday. Thanks for sharing!

Yes it's in my basement 14' x 35'. Putting turf covers about 14' x25'. The turf actually helps cushion the balls after the shot.

I was the same way when we first built the house. About five years later we finished out the basement and I got my golf room.

I decided against the holes in the concrete for several reasons. I like being able to move the cups around and putt to different places. I have 6 different cups that sit on top of the turf and I move them around the room. When chipping I like to put them in the middle of the floor so I can tell if I hit it long exactly how long it went.

Bought a putter pool game that had six cups included. Don't play the game just use the cups.

Ordered it from a truf company. www.synlawn.com They sent me samples. I went with a indoor outdoor truf, no fill, with a rubber backing. Just laid it over the concrete. No glue or anything just had to trim the edges. Surprised how good the chipping is on it. It actually takes spin. Very pleased.

The net makes all the difference in the world when it comes to sound. Originally I had a big outdoor pop up net that made loud noise when it hit. Now I have a impact panel that makes no sound at all. My wife only hears me cuss when I make a bad swing. Highly recommend something like this impact net.

No sound when you hit into it. I have it installed on a line so you can slide it out of the way when not in use. Also has a lead lead line in the bottom. Keeps the net from moving very far. Don't ever have to worry About a ball getting thru the holes on this.
