Some newer additions to the bag.

The driver is in the process of being reshafted with a ProtoPype 80

The Hybrid was replaced with a Ping G10 with a Project X 6.0

The wedges are now showing their proper rust

Putter was recently re-blued.

I will post new Pictures once I get the driver shafted up.

A little Acetone and a toothpick go a looong way in paint removal...

Minor changes - pictures need to get redone - driver is back to a J33R 460 8.5 with an Accra Dy Match S2 75.... AMAZINGLY AWESOME COMBO.... P.S. I am a HUGGGE ACCRA FAN

No - the Mills was home - I had been using a Odyssey 7 from the past year before Naples. If the DLL misbehaves this Spring I think I will give the Mills a run. It is one of those putter that is like a pair of slippers.

So I think that I am finally comfortable is starting to feel really good about the clubs that I have in my bag for this season.

When I first got my SLDR and started to play around with it, I was suffering from some awful swing faults that I have finally figured out. I was taking it away inside and I was collapsing at impact which led to left to left tee balls. Now that I have gotten that figured out, I finally have my SLDR locked in. I have the 10.5 460 set to 9* - SLDR weight 3 to FADE and I am sticking with the Motore 7.3 Speeder X. This past weekend I played in a scramble on a course that I had never been on before. I think that I hit one drive off line all day and hit some absolute career bombs with. This driver is money when it is all set up.

I have been a fan of the JETSPEED Hybrid since December and let me tell you - this club gets better and better for me. The Hybrid is to the point where I am not 100% sure why I still have my SLDR 3 wood. The HYBRID IS THAT GOOD.

My TP Mc's irons and TP Wedges are now fully broken in to where I know my yardages and ball flight from them. For me - paired up with the DG TI's - these irons have become money - especially the 3-5 irons. I get an awesome trajectory and hit one of those 4 irons this weekend into a PAR 5 that I knew was all over the pin from the moment it shot off of the clubface. (Yes I made the eagle).

Play well the rest of the summer everyone - I know I hope to!

So a few minor changes to start the year.

I went back to my Callaway X Fairway wood with an Aldila Tour Green - more consistent over the SLDR for me.

I also went back to the JetSpeed driver - I was getting too many Low Lefts with the SLDR no matter what I did.

9.5* Jetspeed - Tuned to 9.0* with Accra CS1 70 M5

Wow - what a summer it has been. I go from putting well and driving like S*** to driving well and putting worse than S***

I have made a few changes over the past few weeks that I believe are set me up to be good.

Putter - I have gone through a Odyssey Works Tank 7 (kept missing the short ones and had no feel), back to my TP Mills but felt that I had no control over the blade and was hitting a lot off of the heel of the putter resulting in poor putts. I finally decided to put my Odyssey White Hot XG 7 back in the bag and it reminded me of why I should have never taken it out of the bag. Great putter, great feel. I did update the grip though to a SS Ultra Slim 1.0

Wedges - 2014 TaylorMade Tour Preferred 54 & 60 are still in the bag with the Tour Issue Dynamic Gold

Irons - 2014 TaylorMade TourPreferred MC - 3-PW Tour Issue Dynamic Gold - I still think that these irons never got their due in the marketplace and with the public. I truly feel that they are a great set of irons and very happy to have them in my bag.

Hybrid - After the JetSpeed event in Florida back in 2013 - i have been raving about the JetSpeed 19* Hybrid. I still am - what a vastly underrated club - mine has a Matrix Black Tie HM3 95-X

Fairway Wood - Callaway X2 Hot Pro 15* - Aldila Tour Green - X - what a fantastic 3 Wood. Cannot say enough good things about this wood.

Driver - I thought that I had my SLDR dialed in pretty well. Shaft was set - ACCRA CS1 70 M5 - driver head has been changed out to a R15 Black 460 - and the little extra forgiveness and the touch less spin is a game changer. What an awesome driver - if only TM hadn't been in the tiolet for the past few seasons - imagine if the SLDR had never existed and TM had gone from the R1 to the R15? They would have had the market salivating over this product. IMHO.
