FG100's I have no idea if I have the ability to hit, but I NEED THEM!!

Sadly, the excitement for the woods lineup has totally fizzled for me after seeing the adjustable hosels. They look like the Nike hosels from a couple years ago on steroids. Way too big, and the markings in white are very distracting. Really surprised that is the end result design. Too bad. Oh well great golf balls and hopefully those FG100's hit as nice as they look.

Do golf companies do focus groups anymore??

At least the fg tour v2 will still be in the lineup with classic chrome finish

Also i think companies went to black finIsh and driver faces so clubs look worn out faster which makes players want to replace them

[/quote] I think as long as the protos have been out there they could have used the comments from this forum as their focus group. I do not find the woods a problem in the least BUT as a company trying to take share you would think they would try to do as little as possible to alleinate anyone.

It's not awful, but with as many choices as there are out there, my immediate reaction was, "Wow. BIG hosels." Reminds me more of game improvement equipment. Doesn't really flow with the rest of the more "players" options. They won me over with the FG Tour ball last year and was hoping for a really nice year for them. We'll see...

I have a Wilson Staff FG Tour M3 Hybrid and the hosel is not that bad, you kind of get use to it. I have never been big on clubs that adjust, but this one found it's way in my bag real quickly.

I kinda like the FG Tours, and wish I had the game for the FG 100's. Holy hosels on the woods & hybrids, though. Don't think I'd like looking down at that. Definitely not enough to try to get used to it. Wilson didn't exactly go all out on their girls, either. Woof!

I'd have to hit it too, as the hosel is a no-go from what I can tell here. Like I said, lots of choices out there. No reason to get into something one doesn't like the look of these days. The M3 woods looked pretty clean from all the sole shots I saw, but I guess that's why they are showing sole shots.

Patents on adjustable hosels coming into competition with one another limiting design at this point?

Really wish I could play those blades haha. Just soooo pretty. And the hoses don't look horrible to me. Especially since my focus is on the ball not the club. I'm trying these out soon and I hope perform because I love wilson products and would love to add more to the bag.

Forever Changing at this point.......

Apart from the blades, everything else in those pics leaves a lot to be desired.
