Clean your clubs

how often do you do it

i was working in my pro shop today cleaning some off the members clubs and i started thinking would these get cleaned if the staff off the pro shop didn't clean them. I know some people that clean there clubs after every round and some that have not been cleaned for a year.
So my question is how many times to my fellow wrx's clean there clubs. Personally i clean mine every friday night before my weekend tournaments.

Between rounds and after trips to the range. I hate faces with ball marks.

All the time, after i play when i have nothing better to do, before tournaments, after i hit balls on the range.....you name what i do then ill clean my clubs....gotta keep em in tip top shape.

I clean the heads after every shot. I scrub the grips about every two weeks.

I clean all 14 clubs in my bag after each round.

 

If I've been using my Mp-32/CB-201 forged irons I also polish the forged heads with some gun oil to prevent them from rusting.

 

Now and then I forget to clean them immediately after my round, but I usually remember to do it the next day.

 

Would never go to the range or play a round without first having cleaned my clubs - this is a NO NO :busted_cop: ;)

I always clean my clubs after each round , everyone should do so in order to get the best out of its equipment.

Obviously don't use the abrasive side but, this works really good.

I clean mine after every shot as well, I hate looking at them with dirt or grass on them before I have to swing.

I clean my clubs right after every round with a bowl of hot water with a drop of dish detergent and a thin steel club brush and on the course i keep a wet towel hanging from my bag to quickly wipe off a club after a shot.

I know this wasn't about replacing grips, but I also replace the grips at the beginning of the season and half way through.

After every shot with a towel, then after the round/range with a brush. Grips don't get cleaned but maybe once a month, but they get changed at the beggining of a season.

After every shot, I keep a stiff bristled toothbrush and a wet towel handy in my golf cart. So after my game, I can go have a dozen beers and sleep the rest of the day away w/o having to worry about dirty clubs!

i clean my clubs before every round or 9-holes i play. i like clean clubs.

They are cleaned for me by the kids at the club after every round .... otherwise it'd cost me a fortune in manicures :busted_cop:

 

I clean my grips once a week, wet towel on course, and a dental pick in between shots.

i clean my clubs with soap and water after every round and every range visit. I don't "clean" them after every shot, but I just wipe off all the gunk. Haven't been able to find a efficient way of carrying water to clean clubs.

The caddies clean them after every shot and again after the round. They're mandatory at almost all golf courses here in the Philippines.

I am a stickler for clean clubs I clean them after every round I polishe the shafts and heads so that the look nicer then a freshly detailed car. When I am playing i keep a wet towel also to clean them. My girl friend laughs and says this is what I will be doing when I have kids...
