Great clubs both past and present. I currently play the 2014 Vr pro combos which I think are excellent and quite frankly the best I've come across for some forgiveness but extreme playability.

Q: How did this set not even get mentioned in the 2014 Golf Digest Hot List? Makes no sense to me.

I asked the same question last year, which was answered in a politically correct manner - but are you disappointed that for the second year in a row the Golf Digest HOT LIST has not rated any of your products as category leaders in innovation? FLEX LOFT was revolutionary. FLY BRACE has allowed a tour driver to perform like a game improvement driver. Toe sweep wedges are a completely new concept in wedge design... If this isn't innovation what is?

Are there any plans in incorporating FLYKNIT into a lightweight carry bag?



Are there any plans to incorporate a lightweight HYPERADAPT carry bag for us guys that live in the rain - the SPORT LITE doesn't cut it...

Lifelong Nike consumer here.

Obviously when designing tour performance clubs, or clubs for the lower handicap player, feedback from the Tour players is important. However, I'm wondering how much the Tour players feedback affects the products intended for the high handicapper? Do you still seek the Tour players feedback? If not, what types of people/players are you getting feedback from? As a lower handicap player, I've always been curious as to what companies hear is important to the informed high handicapper.

First off, Kudos for the Covert 2.0. Did the MOI change from the first version? If so, was it a priority? To me it's a better and more forgiving SLDR - in reference to weight forward and higher MOI.

With the recent emergence of certain OEM's bringing back old lineups, has the idea of bringing back the old Ignite or SQ line with current technology been discussed? The T60 fairways were classic and I think it would be nice bring it back up with a refresh in aesthetics and newer tech.

When creating a 2nd or even 3rd generation driver, how much research and development go into the new product? Are you trying to find any possible way to create less drag when cutting through the air or trying expand the sweet spot with different weighting?

I've read a number of articles about the Football Cleat designers at Nike using 3D printers to rapid prototype their designs. And as a result this has turned the development process into a shorter time span. Is Nike Golf starting to do this as well?

With all the technology that has gone into hitting the ball farther, and adjustments golf course architects have had to make around that (for the Tour in particular), do you think golf ball restrictions, like the COR limit for metal woods, are around the corner? Does Nike, or the industry, have a limit on how much farther they want to ball to fly?

#1. With the recent craze in high COR fairway woods particularly ones with speed slots and such, do you guys plan on bringing something like that to the market? I mean, if I remember correctly you guys were one of the first if not the first with some kind of slot on the bottom of your clubs with the VR pro clubs.

#2. In regards to my last question, is that compression channel something that you guys are looking at with a combination of the flybrace. If it could be done, it seems like the best of both worlds.

#3. How do you guys feel about this low forward cg to kill spin? Is it something your pursuing?

Iron makers these days seem fixated on distance and going longer. What do you think of this ongoing trend and what differentiates your irons, specifically the groove and face technology, from other clubs?

Can you take us through a typical day at the tournaments with the pros? Do they seek out your help in modifying clubs depending on the course conditions? Do you make your way to them after practice rounds/range sessions to see how everything is swinging? How often do you make adjustments during the tournament for the pros?

Why are the 2.0 driver heads heavier than last years covert driver heads?

If I go to buy a club from your web site there is no way for me to customize it (i.e. configure club option).

Do you have any plans to allow us to customize clubs when ordering from www.nike.com? Such as shaft type, grip and grip wrap, shaft length, lie angle?

If you do offer this feature it is not readily available.
