Unfortunately I cannot transfer the data table, but we have seen 30% less spin than the Pro V1X off of 7 irons with around 83 MPH headspeed. We are talking 4000 RPM's. Which is low, low, low. Driver spin equal to Pro V1X.

Not surprising low compression sometimes means lower spin - if the ball is compressed it sticks to the face. I like to see spin numbers on wedges

Wilson always states core compression, not overall compression. The previous FG Tour was listed as 75 compression by Wilson but tested with an overall compression in the low 90's in GBT.org's multi OEM bench test. This new one looks to be softer but will likely still be harder overall than the B330RXS and ZStar SL.

haven't been able to find any of these at closeout prices yet. went to the local wally world last night to grab a birthdaycard and checked out the ball selection. they had fg tour on or $15/box. grabbed what they had and cant wait to give em a shot. too bad its going to snow here tomorrow.....

for my game, fg tour is the best ball out there, followed by chrome+ and tp5.
when i get my thanksgiving bonus, im cleaning out the fg tour blem shelf at the local store.

FG tour X is a damn good ball. As good as any other tour level ball out there. I wasn't too fond of the standard FG but I liked the X version. For me, though, put me in the Chrome + crowd. A solid solid performer for me.

My local wlamart has them marked clearence for 29.99. I am holding out and waiting to see them marked down more.

I've bought X versions on clearance for $19 at my local WalMart. I just saw more in a different WalMart for $29.99. You just have to be in the right one at the right time.

I just could not take to the FG Tour. No feel at all for me. I bought a couple dozen yellow at a good price after the hype on here and somehow got through a box. Have a doz unopened on my shelf that may just end up in my shag bag.
