The Kiyoshi Gold is a fantastic shaft. I thought it would be high launching, but then I tried it and it was mid launching and smooth. I agree - others shouldn't write it off.

Actually went and removed them from the 52 and mizuno 56. Was inconsistent with my wedges and thought it might have been too much swing weight. Turned out I was right! Took two off the Miura as well but need it there to keep the weight down. Not a fan of messy lead tape.

The wrong way comments are in reference to the fact that your longer irons and woods are near the legs of your bag. Most of us who grew up walking with our golf bag find that this looks really odd, because it would be weird with the balance of the bag and you'd have nothing to rest your hand on. But it works well if you ride all the time. Makes no difference it just looks a little out of the norm for some of us.

Very nice new putter, personally think you are opening yourself up for negative commentary based on comparison in title- better to state new putter you purchased is a shape that pays homage to original Anser. Hope you enjoy new putter as that is a quality flatstick!

Well I only really worked hard at practicing putting when I got my Betti, so I've become much better at putting. I'm gonna be using lethals from now on so maybe the FIT will be too soft for me. Will definitely keep you updated.

Bro the rangefinder has worked WONDERS for my game. I've got pretty much all my irons down to proper distances and it's amazing! Especially inside 150 it's been a total game changer. No more guessing, just accurate numbers and accurate clubs. Can't play a shot without it.

Pure, while I have your attention, could you comment on the shape in relation to the 009? I thought it was a dead ringer but your expertise (owning a bajillion 009s) most likely knows better.

The Betti you have looks more like the Betti BB1. I guess it's close enough, but if you really want the 009 shape, get the DH89. Machine has a very nice rendition as well, I believe it is called the M10. I have never used a Machine, but I do like what I see coming out of there.. very quality looking pieces. The BB0 doesn't really look like an 009, I had one, it was nice, but never got any bag time over the 009 or 89's I have. The putter you got looks really nice, if you are sticking to Betti's there are some really incredible putters they have made in the past that come up for great prices, but if you have to have an 009 there really is no cheap substitute, unless you get the DH89, which is not cheap either.

Biggest difference I could tell off the bat was the softness of the bumpers, particularly on the edges. A big difference I noticed between this and the standard BB1 how the face to back thickness, and thickness of the bumpers. Other BB1s I've looked at were much much skinnier, which was not to my liking at all. I agree that the BB0 doesn't look very similar to the 009, has a much bulkier appearance (which I very much like). Soon enough I'll drop the cash for a DH89 or a 009. There's a reason why they're "the it" of putters.

I don't know if I'll be sticking to Bettis for good, but I think my attraction to them is a lot of people don't know about Bettinardi. I'm planning on building a putter collection, starting young is always good. Hope to eventually have the big 3 (in my mind at least): Byron, Bettinardi, and Cameron.

I've actually run into an issue with it. Apparently I play a 33" and thought I play a 34", so I need to get that extra inch chopped off before I go ahead and make any full comments on it. From lots of carpet putting (super fast carpet) I can say that I line it up well and enjoy the feel of it. I think I need to redo the white paint fill because it's a little off-white, looks dull and difficult to see the alignment aid. I played today with the mallet just because it's the right length, but will definitely put this through it's paces very soon.

It's 360 grams which is awesome for me because I love the feel of the extra weight. Just gotta go ahead and get everything else squared away first!
