I was inspired by Mad Golfer and JJK to get one of these done. If anyone would like any more pics just let me know!

 

Driver: Mizuno MP 650 9.5* on an Aldila Cinnamon 75-X, Blk/Red NDMC

 

5 Wood: Adams Super LS 18* on a Diamana Redboard 83x tipped 1.5", Blk/Blk NDMC. Also a Diamana Blueboard 83x ION tipped 1.75", Blk/Blu NDMC

Head refinished to Matte Black by Continental Golf

 

4 Hybrid: Adams Super LSP 23* on an Axivcore Red 104x, Blk/Blk NDMC

Head refinished to Matte Black by Continental Golf

 

3 Hybrid: Adams Red 20* on an Axivcore Red 104x, Blk/Blk NDMC

 

4i-7i: Mizuno MP 64 8i-PW Mizuno MP 4 2* up with 6i-PW bent 1* weak to match my old MP 62s. Shafts are Dynamic Gold X7. Blk NDMC

 

Wedges: MP T5 Black ION 50*, 56* and 60* with Black Chrome S400, Blk/Wht NDMC Custom pink stamping

 

Putter: Scotty Cameron Newport 2, 34" Custom Shop Blue Paint, Black Matador Midsize Grip and Jackpot Johnny Headcover

 

It took about 10 or so years to find 4 of these. Aldila Cinnamon.

 

All grips with one extra wrap under the right hand.

I see you've thinned the heard a little for the driver bag. How is the Redboard doing in the Super LS now that you've hit it a few times? Can't wait to see how the new 650 setup hits.

Now that is an awesome WITB.

Funny story for those reading, first time I met DW...we play a round of golf and then head out to the practice range. He goes over to his car and pulls out a [u]barrel[/u] full of drivers. There were like 25 different clubs in there. He says, "Hey, you need to hit all these!"

I was sore for like a week. I had never hit so much rebar in my life.

How is the Abbie? I have the Dianne which is the prior slant neck. Just looking for some insight and reference if you played any of the prior models.

The Redboard continues to be way better than I thought it would be. It actually makes this head feel decent. The flight is VERY under control and easy to hit lower. The number of tee shots that are in the land of absurd distance continues to rise. I'm thinking about finding a Blueboard to put in but at the same time I don't know how much better it could possibly be. Crazy stick.

Hey JD. I'm by NO means a "putter guy". It's my least favorite part of the game. To me it's like working abs at the gym. That said, I've had a few Anser style putters and an Odyssey Two Ball Center Shaft for a while but keep coming back to this style with the plumber neck. Before I got it, I hit a friends Callie that was forged and it felt awesome. I couldn't find the exact one but found the forged Abbie I'm using now and love it (as much as I can love a putter). I chopped an inch off it and tossed on the Iomic (the stock grip felt pretty cheap).

I have hit a few other style Yes heads and they were certainly decent, but as luck would have it, this one's my favorite. While look and feel are subjective, this one is the best of both worlds for me. Hope that helps.

I am with putters what it looks like you are with drivers, lol, and no matter what I bring home, at the end of the day, that Abbey is an incredible putter, and always ends up in the bag, lol

That 9064 is still a great head. Though I've got the 9015LD in the bag, I've got two 64's that I wouldn't hesitate to hit.

HA! Right? I had what some would call a "problem" a few years ago when it came to drivers. I loved the hunt and the build. Then loved taking the bag to the range and hitting ALL OF THEM. Totally awesome. Now, I don't play enough anymore with two little ones in the family to do that. So there they sit. Poor lonely drivers.

Hey Nick!

Yes and no. I I love everything about the bag except the base isn't "cart friendly". They've since made ones that are. Get one of those. It's a real pain to put mine in a cart. Also, I just noticed that the lining on the inside just ripped and now things in the front pocket and big side pocket can get into the area where clubs go. Maybe it's just an older bag and the stitching came out when it got caught by a grip being put in it's sleeve. Not sure. What I can say, however, that when it's time for another bag, I'll be finding another Four 5 with a cart friendly base to replace it.

It's amazing. Sound and feel are subjective, but the 75x with the 650 is, without question, the best feeling combo I've ever hit. Great shaft, huh? Old but still phenomenal.
