Stan Utley putting technique questions

Who knows his methodology well? There are a few things I'm wondering about...

Is there an optimal elbow bend angle you're looking for when putting. My assumption is that when you putt your eyes need to be over the ball. Having the shaft angle match the forearm angle makes sense but I can do that by either bending over like Michelle Wie and having the putter very upright, elbows almost at 90deg or a more relaxed tall stance like Tiger where the elbow bend is minimal... Just wondering if anyone has any ideas/suggestions?

Utley does not want your eyes over the ball but rather inside it, with your wrists basically straight and your putter in line with your forearms. He advocates a flatter lie on the putter as well as more loft, indicating that the ball will be farther away from you than in straight back-straight through methods.

I sort of gravitate to this style naturally. What sort of lie angle does he recommend? I seem to prefer 1 flat, 69.

Surely it must depend on your arm length/eye position that then dictates the shaft length and lie angle? Or what is the most important to least important factor?
I always thought it was eyes-arms drop with slight bend-match putter length and lie to that...? Also, what is "higher" loft in his opinion?

He advocates a forward press, so higher loft would be 5-6 degrees, which then becomes more like 2-3 with the forward press.

Yes, lie angles will vary based on arm and leg length.
