So this is my first what's in the bag.I have been using my Tel 3 Newport 2 for the last year constantly. Lead tape on 5-7 irons, Lead tape on the Miura wedge 51* bent to 52*.Lead tape on the sole of putter as well as lead powder in the shaft./ 5-PW have C.S. Stamped on them(done by me) Putter also has Curt stamped on the toe of the face(done by me) Putter head cover is TPC Sawgrass (hole 17) Driver has the Titleist knit head cover. I have included the two other putters competing for the bag The SD 2.5 and the coronado 2

Putter: Scotty Cameron Studio Design 2.5

All Clubs except Putter have Golf Pride New Decade Multi compound White /Black

Putter has Super Stroke 3.0

Balls:Pro v1 x

Bag: Sun Mountain Hybrid

 

 

 

* Update: Changed a couple of things

 

Driver head is 9.5

 

Got another sock head cover for the 3 wood

 

Took out the Miura and have an old Vokey 252 oil can now instead

 

Changed the SW to oil can SM4/same bounce

 

Lob wedge is a SM5 60 K grind

 

Gone back to the Titleist 735's

At first it felt a little "hollow" but the more I used it, I have really like it. The sweet spot is small, but when you find it it is "hot". I have been quite happy with it. I've always wondered about the Titleist driving iron, as well as the Fli Hi from mizuno. I have yet to really give those a full try.

Currently using the TEI 3 Newport 2 putter, have changed irons to Mizuno MP 57's

I have been quite pleased with the 57's. They were a smooth transition from the CM 735's. They have given me a slight higher ball flight and I haven't lost any distance. I really like the Project X 5.5 shafts, they are a bit lighter than the Rifles and make the swing on the ball a bit easier. The MP 57's took a couple of range sessions to get used to, they play basically like a blade, but once you find the sweet spot, they are butter. I really like the grind on the 57's I am a bit of a digger and they have worked well for my aggressive swing.

I love my ALL of my 910's!! Have had the hybrid forever!! It will take something pretty special to knock any of them out of the bag. The Fd 3 wood is the one out of the three that I miss hit sometimes. But really love it, has a really nice deep face. It replaced a 904 that was in the bag for years. As you may have noticed I don't change my equipment as much as most of the members here.
