Personally I believe that it is an original that may have been regripped. It looks to be all correct but I'd contact Titleist to be 100% sure that its the real deal.

I have never seen dancing letters for Scott Cameron stampings from that vintage. Also, the stampings are not deep. Every garage putter I've seen appeared different in terms of stamping. As for the weld, I have never seen a MIG weld on any putter made by Cameron. He uses TIG welding process for welds. I'd say this is definitely a custom putter but not from Cameron.
