How do you hang your towel on your bag?

Weird topic but I'll bite.

 

I hang my towel on my alignment sticks. If it's a towel with a grommet it goes on the carabiner on the opposite side of the bag. Most of my towels have the loop however so this image is pretty much the standard for me.

Not on my bag. Hangs from the handle of my pushcart. One of those big ol' Club Glove towels. Great towel.

Club Glove towel (w/slit) and I either throw it over my alignment sticks (when practicing) or one of my fairway woods when playing.

I have a button-snap swaged onto my towel and it snaps to the rain cover snaps on the bag. I've never been a fan of slit towels, or even loop towels, but I think I'm going to try one of them draped over my umbrella once I wear out the one I have snapped on is done. I'm just not sure how I'll like the rearward placement, especially when riding.

If I'm carrying, it goes through the handle on the spine hanging on the outside; with my Clicgear, I just hang it right over the mesh basket and hinge.

Laid out across the clubs. I go for the biggest towels I can find in case of emergencies like wanting a tan on the beach or wiping down the seats of the carts in case its wet.

lol, it's a long winter up here in canada. Was looking at a new towel and usually just hang it over my clubs where my bag meets my clicgear. always curious to see what others do

I weave mine through a couple clubs and let it drape then readjust as i pull clubs or use the towel

I've had the same huge white bath/beach towel since 97 or 98; laid thru the top of my bag between the woods and the long irons. Every couple years I bring it home end of the year to be put thru the wash.

 

All the towels I get from member guests and scrambles go to my junior golf program.

Inspired by ryuartz's eminently sensible use of his Nike bag's towel loop I decided to take a chance and go for it myself...I think I just about pulled it off.

Wish I could remember the name brand...I picked it up at the PGA SS a couple of weeks ago. The towel actually comes with a slit in the middle that is sewn and edged so that you can actually put it over a club which keeps it from falling off. Came with a foot square small "hand towel", I assume for golf ball cleaning with it instead of having to haul the large towel with you to the green.

 

Was about 15 dollars and seems nice.

Wish I could remember the name brand...I picked it up at the PGA SS a couple of weeks ago. The towel actually comes with a slit in the middle that is sewn and edged so that you can actually put it over a club which keeps it from falling off. Old topic, but I'll bite.  I drape it over my clubs like so:

During play my 40" towel is draped across clubs, otherwise its folded and put through the bag's top carry handle.

I carry the finest Irish Linen and drape same around my neck like a Jack Pearsall understudy.

Carry two towels. I use one for cleaning my clubs and the other for wiping sweat off my hands and face in the summer, and both are draped over my clubs in the top section (driver/3 wood/putter section). 

 

Having the second towel also comes in handy on rainy days when I need to keep one dry.

Always a clip guy here, but my towel eyes always fail on me - I am due for a new wiper though
