I love this photo. Sum

Millennials must have everything documented by photo and posted on FB within 3 hours of the event.

Otherwise it’s just not real.

This sums photo sums it up.

Exactly!

I was at the 2016 US Open for the entire week and I saw quite a few phones out....mostly middle aged men making calls near the concession stands. Carry on though.

Interesting... At least 4 of your 885 posts have been about stereotyping millennials. I've read two in the last hour and have responded to two of your posts in the past. I guess some people never learn (or don't have enough respect to avoid stereotyping). If you don't like it, do something about it instead of complaining. That's what a millennial would do.

Thank you for finding interest. I don’t stereotype at all. I do my research and report what I see. They are the #1 consumer group on the planet currently. I am in business and need to understand these folks. It’s only right to set the record straight and speak about how THEY spend their time.

They spend a lot of time self-absorbed with selfies via the selfie stick / pole or whatever it’s called. When they are not on social media complaining about how the government should pay for their student loans, they are on FB asking the person directly adjacent to them why they didn’t respond to a FB post made 30 seconds earlier about something that happened directly in front of them. Their folks invented the “we don’t keep score rules” so the whole “golf thing” just doesn’t make sense, so to better utilize their time, they drive around in cars texting each other and swerving into my lane wearing their “tight at the ankle” pants.

I think you need to look up the definition of the word stereotype.

And there's a yellow sticker on the phone. That most likely is a symbol that it's an allowable device.

That's a good catch. Okay, I'm convinced he was part of the promotions/marketing team.

LOL, he paid for a Masters cell phone case, nothing official.

I don't think that's a masters logo though. I think his fingertip is making a rectangular sticker look somewhat close to the logo.

I did see the same exact color sticker on the worker adjusting the camera as I mentioned earlier so I'm thinking he had it in there for some official capacity.

Personally, I find their policy completely ridiculous.....one of the many reason why I don't care if I ever go to their concentration camp, I meant golf club, to watch a tournament.

Was the irony deliberate? If yes, well done.

Did anyone else notice this?

Right after Serg missed the birdie putt to win in regulation... Scroll to about 1:03 in the video, watch the guy in the red shirt... then look at the guy in the bucket hat just to the right:

https://www.youtube....h?v=5syyjj5s8d8

1) How did he sneak it in?

2) Should he be banned for life?

It all depends...did he sign his scorecard?

I am pretty sure they don't try and keep you from bringing them in, you just can't get caught using one.

You have to walk through a metal detector and they wand you and they will frisk you, so yes they do try and stop you from bringing them in.

One of the golf writers posted on Twitter last night that the guy with the phone was an employee working with the Master.com feeds.

May be unemployed now though!

Coming from a former ANGC employee, certain personel are allowed to have electronic devices. They are issued device usage stickers that have to be used during tournament week. Hence the yellow sticker on the guys phone.

That's what the writer was saying on Twitter. The guy with the phone worked for the Masters.com feeds in some capacity.

Rules = concentration camp?

Obviously history isn't your strong suit.

How dare someone try to tell you how to act while you're a guest on their property.

Can't be too outdated considering they used the word "selfie". BTW, my entire police department still has pagers, although may of us, myself included, have forwarded all the pages to our cell phone.
