I would not put $10 in the box as it is not documented. If the buyer comes back and brings this issue up with eBay or PayPal. OP may have to refund another $10 to make it look correct on the "technical" side of this.

Glad to hear you finally got to try the putters! The online fitting is pretty amazing. I was fit for a pretty flat lie originally and abandoned the DF in order to work on my stroke with a traditional blade putter. As a result of the stroke work my posture changed. I was fit again using the online tool and the changes were reflected in LAB's suggestion. Let us know how the putter is when you get it out on the course!
