  1. 58 K grind is my go to club for sand shots.
  2. Please read entire listing before Purchase as there is a reason it is listed so cheaply. Callaway Epic Driver 10.5 degrees with Fujikura Pro 62 S (Stiff) Shaft. Shaft is standard length (44.5 inches without head attached) with original Callaway grip. Headcover and wrench are included. The clubhead was damaged when a practice swing bumped into an iron that was sticking out of my bag. You can see the dent and cracked paint on the back of the head by the “B’ in “Bertha”. I do not know if it is cracked under the paint. I have been using this and an identical Epic to test many different shafts on the course for the last 2+ months. I have figured out the best shaft for me now so this is up for sale but if it doesn’t sell I’ll have no issues putting it in my guest bag. Based on that testing I have not seen any detriment to performance and no change in the damage from the repeated usage. It is being sold “as-is’ and priced accordingly. I included lots of pics so you can assess yourself. Head is sold. Price is $80 shipped for the shaft only. US48 only. PM with any questions.
  3. Jeff, what were your thoughts on the courses? All 3 courses are very enjoyable. Blue was my favorite followed by Red and then black. The red and blue have some great views from the tee. All play pretty open. The greens on black played significantly slower than the other two and they are huge...a bit too tricked up for me personally with some of the extreme contouring. It made some of our side bets really interesting. One of our side bets that hardly ever pays out with our group on trips is anyone who has a 4-putt has to buy dinner for the group that night. The first day we played black there were 2 4-putts. I will definitely go back again.
  4. MCC Align standard size. Better iron consistency. These would help with more consistent grip.
  5. I was there this week for 3 days of golf. There were plenty of caddies but it helped to tell them your intentions if you want to secure the same caddie for more than one round. We had guys in our group that used single caddies, double, forecaddie, and carry their own. Rates (excluding tip for each) were $100 for single bag caddie, $90 per person for double bag, $30 per person for forecaddie if entire group was using, and $15 for a pull cart. My thoughts are Caddies were good for reading puts on all 3 courses and for sight-lines on the Black as there are numerous blind shots. Red/Blue were pretty straightforward if you have a laser as you can see most landing areas or carry lines. Caddies were also helpful on placement of approach shots if you have never played the course as greens are big with significant slope in areas.
  6. Sad to see. They were fun courses to play but had challenges with location (floods, location, etc.). I felt bad for members and employees when they had to close so abruptly.
  7. Thanks for review. Heading there with a group of buddies in mid-Feb. Will play all 3 courses while there so this is helpful.
  8. Still available. Interested in trading towards a GBB Epic 10.5 head with me adding cash.
  9. After reading all the great reviews I will be on the lookout for a blue 6S. Happy New Year.
  10. Cobra Amp Cell Driver with Mitsubishi Kuro Kage Stiff 60g Shaft. Head is red and has several paint chips along topline. Also shows marks and scratches on bottom from normal use. Comes with original headcover (showing its age), a very good Bio Cell cover, and a cobra wrench (not sure I ever used it). Club measures approx 45.5”. Shaft measures 44.25” without head.
