  1. Just a heads up. Callaway pre-owned just listed a bunch of the Epic flash diamond drivers on Ebay.
  2. I was trying to help the guy out so don't shoot the messenger. The video is posted on youtube titled "see exactly how PXG 0311 gen 2 irons are built". It's a Golf Wrx video. They did use the screws to swing weight in the video.
  3. There is a hot melt video on youtube by peoples golf. He is a sponsor on golfwrx and deals in mostly tour issue products.
  4. Thank you for the info.Just what I was after.
  5. Does anyone know what the weight of a retail Epic flash 4 hybrid head without the shaft or adapter is ? Thanks
  6. I believe epic flash fairway has a much shorter adapter that is not compatible with the older fairway models.
  7. The heads have a .370 hosel bore but use the entering pin for a .355 taper shaft install ,combined with their collared ferrule they say this combination negates the need for a shim.So I assume that the "tip weight" has a .370 bottom to fit snuggly in the hosel bore while still fitting in a .355 taper shaft tip.Seems they really don't like using shims.

Should have been gen 2. Johnny wonder did a video on it .The PXG tech said it was a centering pin, they swing weight using the screws in the head.
  9. It's a pin that PXG use to centre the shaft in the hosel. There is a wrx video of a gen 3 iron build that mentions this.
  10. I believe there was a thread on the project x hzrdus proto shafts a year or two ago.
  11. MGS has a video on youtube reviewing the epic flash so I would imagine Callaway sent it to them. Maybe the squeaky wheel does get the oil.
  12. 156.7 ball speed with a 107.4 head speed is 1.46 smash.
