  1. Great info, and mirrors a lot of what I found when I tested Callaway TA Protos vs conforming 2009 X Forged way back when. I'm starting to play again after not playing much over the last few years, and find it interesting that not much has changed even though there seems to be significant developments in available technologies. Thanks again for the detailed analysis!
  2. All these reviews/opinions make Srixons really intriguing. I don't get to play as much anymore, but I think the sole of the 7 series irons would be ideal for replacing my 2009 X Forged irons that I'm currently playing. Just out of curiosity, does anyone recall/know how these forgings hold up versus some of the older Callaway forged irons?
  3. These irons are on my short list, but I'm still gaming older X Forged irons. I've got a set of conforming 2009s, and I'm looking to replace/add a set of '13 or '18s.They do look incredible next to the ball, though!
  4. I love my KBS C Tapers because of how good the dispersion is, feel (compared to Project X) and trajectory. Would love to get a set of .370 tipped stiff shafts in a set of 2009 Callaway X Forged heads I've got in the garage! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=at3WfcY62-w&list=PLXThxU84hQYDZvN7Bb_VFqxobI1WRX4j2 Jon
  5. I love my RAZR MBs, and these are the only sticks that I'd upgrade to! GO TEAM USA!!!!
  6. Hey guys, Looking to unload some of my gear before the wife gets too mad about it cluttering the house. I'll be more than happy to take additional pictures of any items as requested. Handling time will be approximately 24-48 hours after payment has been made. Paypal preferred. I will ship via USPS Priority and PM/e-mail the tracking number to the buyer as soon the item has shipped. Prices listed below are OBO and include shipping and Paypal fees. NO TRADES, PLEASE. 1. 2009 Callaway X-Forged *R* 3-PW w/ Project X 6.0 shafts. Standard L/L/L. No browning on any of the faces. Gamed for about a year before I switched over to another set of the same heads shafted up with KBS C-Tapers set up to my specs. Asking $210 SOLD! 2. Scotty Cameron Oil Can Newport Two 35" - This thing is minty and is probably as close to new as you can get nowadays. Based on a members comment, please note that there is a bit of a mark on the topline that I think is slight oxidation. No rust, though. It's got the original shaft band and cord grip along with the original AOP headcover. Only thing missing is the oil cloth. It's tough to let this one go since I gamed the same model putter in college, so it's got some sentimental value, but it's just been sitting in the closet for the last 7 years. Asking $235. $220 SOLD! 3. Scotty Cameron Santa Fe TeI3 - This putter has been gamed, but is still in excellent condition. The sole shows the most wear with a little of the paint fill in the "c" and "o" missing. Insert is in very good condition. This putter is 35" and has original shaft band, cord grip and headcover w/ American Flag. Asking $185. SOLD! 4. Adams 9033HF 18* Head - Brand new in plastic. Weight: 227.7g, Loft 18*, Lie 59.2* and face angle "1," just never got around to putting it in play. No headcover. Asking $60. $50 5. Adams Pro Black 9031 20* Head Only - Brand new in plastic. No specs. Includes headcover. Asking $60. $50 6. Adams Super 9031 20* Head Only - Brand new in plastic. No specs. No headcover - Asking $60. $50 Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks, Jon

  8. If someone wants the RUL shaft separately, I'd be willing to take the 910 head.
  9. Guys, I've got a couple of "brand new in plastic" items that I've been lucky enough to pick up in local scramble tournaments, and also one fairway metal that didn't quite make the cut. I'm happy with everything I'm bagging right now, so these are up on the "chopping block." 11. I just ordered 56* (bent to 55*) and 60* K Grind TVDs from Discount Dan's to try them out after hearing all of the reviews here. I'm currently playing Scratch 8620 D/D wedges, and I really do like the extra bounce that helps prevent too much digging on full and 3/4 shots. On tight lies, the extra bounce can be a little difficult to manage with chips and pitches. They usually come out a little low, for my taste, with a lot of spin because I'm worried about hitting it fat or bouncing the leading edge and hitting it thin. Really do like them in soft conditions, though. I haven't played Vokeys since college, so I'm hoping I fall back in love with them.
