Not too far...the X100s are a great match for these irons. The lofts are not quite as strong as the P790s. -

Ok, thanks so much for the replies : ) The seller told me that the Motore shaft with the 910H adapter fit into his 913H head. Is this possible? I thought the 910 was different than the 913 & 915 adapter so this wouldn't be possible. I can try to physically force the Motore shaft onto my 915H head but I can't fully screw the pin in. Something seems out of sorts. Thank you.

Hi, I just bought a Motore Speeder shaft for my Titleist 915H hybrid...it has the adapter installed that I thought was the 913/915 version. I wanted to try something different than the stock Rogue shaft. It looks as though the Motore shaft has the 910H adapter on it. See the attached picture. The photo shows the Motore shaft on the left. Can you help me confirm that the Motore shaft has the 910H adapter on it? I want to be sure before I tell the seller that it has the incorrect tip for my 915 hybrid. Thanks so much! Ben

TaylorMade Driver Adapter tips…need clarification
bserrill replied to bserrill's topic in WRX Club Techs
Ok. Thanks for your help on the adapters! -
Hi, I currently have a TaylorMade R11S driver with a Motore Speeder 6.0 shaft. I am able to easily switch out heads with my this Speeder shaft using the adapter tip between the R9, R11, and R11S drivers. I was hoping to put this same shaft (and tip) into a R1 or SLDR driver head. Do I need a different tip for the R1 and SLDR heads? I am ok with giving up the adjustability of loft…I play it in the neutral position right now. I am looking for some clarification if I can take my current Speeder shaft with a R11S adapter tip and play it in the R1 or SLDR. Any help would be much appreciated

Thanks Stuart for your detailed response. I still feel for some reason that the Titleist driver feels stiffer even with the same shaft in the TaylorMade driver. Maybe just a "feel" thing. I will have to continue to demo these to get immediate feedback.

I have played both Titleist and TaylorMade drivers in the past few years. This includes the r7, r9, r11s for TaylorMade and the 910 and 913 for Titleist. I was wondering if there is a structural difference between the tips and adapters of these drivers. Specifically, the r11s or r1 vs. the Titliest 913 tip. For some reason I feel like the Titleist shafts feel stiffer at the bottom than the TaylorMade shafts. I have played the Motore Speeder 7.1 stiff in both drivers. The TM shaft feels a bit softer and I thought maybe it is due to the tip and overall construction of the driver. Does a

I am looking for some feedback on the stock shaft in the TaylorMade SLDR TP driver. This is the Motore Speeder 6.3 shaft. Has anyone played this shaft? How does it compare to other Motore Speeder shafts? I have played the 6.0 and 7.1 shafts in my woods and really like them. Thanks. Ben
