  1. Thanks to all the well wishes, it's something I knew was coming just hoping it held off a little longer. I held on to everything for 6 months hoping it was just a flare but it seems like it a done deal. I guess I can say I went out before I hit Senior Flex and the forward tees. :)
  2. A second MS relapse late last fall has left me in the position I have feared all along - I can't play golf anymore... So, all sob stories aside I can't stand to look at the bag I spent so many years perfecting so everything goes. All prices are best offer shipped - package deals encouraged and may include any random shafts, balls and tees I have. I do not want to pull any shafts. Note - I have boxes on order so nothing will ship until Monday I apologize for being lazy and not cleaning anything, they will not show up this way... 3. I did it a couple of years ago on a work trip, called ahead and was told to call the morning of and they had a spot for me around 12:00. Yes $600+ but I wasn't paying for the flight, the car or the hotel so I was able to convince myself it was worth the experience.
  4. I wear progressives and have a pair of progressive sunglasses that get used primarily for golf. Try eyeglasses.com Every year I buy a new pair of frames and send one of my old set of frames in to have remade with tinted lenses
  5. There is no such thing as a "Cool" visor, just like there is no such thing as a good looking flat-brim or good looking joggers for that matter. Now get off my lawn!

The MB2 and XTD Forged were great irons. Not hybrid guy but I did like their woods and some of their drivers before they started putting the big trench in the crown.
  7. Their were some aftermarket dual cog adapters made for the X-hot line that would not fit your Epic. Count the teeth and make sure there are four and not three.
  8. Bought 2 new to me sets of irons this week, Now What??? lol I haven't played since September, it was around 2* when I woke up this morning, I had hip surgery early this month and am looking at April if I'm lucky. I just shafted a new to me driver and 5 wood and the matching 3 wood is on a ups truck somewhere..... -29.2 F here this morning, nasty. [-34C] Hope your surgery went well, hips are important. Mine feel worn out already, to many trips to the Parcel service. lol What kind of woods did you get? Cobra F7 3-4 and 5-6, found the 5-6 on Amazon for $75 new because it had a senior shaft (I just wanted the head). The hip is a labram repair with some reshaping of the ball and socket (trying to hold of a replacement for now - just turning 50 this year).
