  1. Declare it "altered equipment" based on his description alone. Be done with it.
  2. All that is needed is a joint account with surviorship. Doc and Arnie hold the account, jointly. Arnie is now deceased. Entire account belongs to Doc. <<case closed>>
  3. Not sure why this ad does not come up in a basic search using PING, iblade, iblades or other words found in my ad. Maybe a new post to the thread will help?
  4. Glad I did not believe that was the issue. Even if that were the case, which I don't read it to be in his complaint, TPE is not his creation, and is likely sourced from a very major supplier. So, the judgement should be pretty easy if he is seeking to claim TM stole "his" recipe. When TM says, "Parsons sourced it from X vendor, who we tested with, and that formula is well known and already used for Y."
  5. Can intellectual property (IP) be "stolen" when the IP was already in the public domain, but did not originate with the plaintiff? Serious question.
  6. Doesn't PING also inject "goo" in their iBlades?
  7. L.O.L. It's not like the equity firm fired all the TM legal team. The equity firm is not going to send their CEO in to the courtroom to fight Parson's, they are going to defer to the legal counsel on staff at TM for the last X years to figure it out.

  10. Now I'm worried about the ones I picked up, are these fake?
  11. Between the big Tour and the Web and the Champions, they are literally the best putters of the golf ball in the world. I'd wager that on a neutral course, the worst putter on the big Tour would beat the best amateur putter at any club in a 100 putt contest.
  12. Yep, it should be red on both sides of the little creek. One course local to me leaves stuff like this unmarked for 361 days a year, then some big tournament is played there, and suddenly there are red, and yellow markers everywhere, and someone buys out Home Depot for spray paint. For the next 15 days, we all know where the course management REALLY believes hazards, etc are on the course despite them never being marked the rest of the year. Sad.
  13. Quality struck balls will perform very similarly from most drivers. I hate when a tech wants to drop out my three worst drives to get "ideal" numbers. How are the misses? An SLDR in 8º is an absolute beast, when I normalize the numbers for only quality shots. On the course, away from Trackman, the SLDR cost me more strokes off the tee than any other driver I have ever hit in play. Once those low spin rope hooks would show up, the ball was gone left and never coming back. Same miss with a Ping G LS, and while shorter overall, and I get to play at least 50% of those misses.
