  1. TGW customer service has been great, even on a weekend. Hopefully Mizuno will get a weight sent out soon.
  2. Got my 220G this weekend. Ordered from TGW on the 21st and was hitting it on the course on the 22nd. 9* (only loft made), HZRDUS Smoke Black RDX 6.0. Comes in at 45" and D3/D4 swingweight. Grip is a Lamkin ST Hybrid, of which I am not a fan. It's a bit squishy. I prefer a Golf Pride Tour Velvet. Quick comparison against my 190G, and there is no comparison. Lower spin, more forgiving all across the face, hotter off the face, and much better sound at impact. More muted, gives a good thwack, reminds me of a Ping or Titleist. I did notice a *very* slight whistle from the head during practice swings. But you have to listen for it, no way you would notice during an actual swing. Only bad thing is one of the weights decided to disappear on the 3rd hole. I moved the toe weight over to the heel because I like a lot of draw bias. The weight lasted through the entire practice session on the range, so not sure what happened. Maybe a bad weight, maybe the track is malformed, or I can't turn a small torque wrench correctly like the 1000 times I've done in the past. I have contacted TGW and Mizuno, hopefully one of them will send me a new weight. To add, the weights from the 190G and the 220G are the same, so at least I can use one of those until a new one is sent out.

I concur with this. I have a set of DBMs with True Temper Black Gold shafts, which are not high-launch shafts at all, and noticed a high ball flight and shorter distance. But the dispersion was great.

  5. If the pictures off their website are not edited and we use a shaft diameter of .355", then the width is ~3.43" and the depth is ~2.343". If we assume a shaft diameter of .370", then the dimensions are ~3.57" x ~2.442".
  6. But hopefully you can pick up a golf ball easily with this one.
  7. He did very well. Just didn't have the swing speed. Congrats to him.
  8. City, State? Forest Hill, TX Handicap? 3.9 Current hybrid? 2020 Mizuno CLK What is important to you in a hybrid? Adjustability for gapping purposes, forgiving for mishits, ability to take left or right sides out of play depending on setup Why do you want to review the Cobra KING Tec Hybrid? I have Callaway and Mizuno hybrids, still haven't found the one that ticks all the boxes.

Why do you want to test the Callaway Epic Super Hybrid? I have the Callaway Apex hybrids, but they aren't adjustable and I had some big distance gaps so I grabbed the Mizunos. I'd like to go back to the Callaways. They are simply better all around. 5. Do you agree to take high quality photos, write an in-depth review, and be part of an on-going testing thread? Of course. Also helps that I have a SkyTrak in my garage.
