  1. $100 shipped for 2 pairs, couldn't resist. Loved my original True Linkswear shoes but subsequent models were of lesser quality. Have read those issues were addressed when they rebranded a while back, guess will find out. https://truelinkswear.com/products/true-eco-knit PUT IT ON JOEL'S TAB Joel won his first one. So we're doing Buy One, Get One, FREE. For one day. For 24-hours only, BOGO on the TRUE ECO Knit, the first TRUE Joel ever wore. Joel famously "opened up a tab" for his Mesa CC crew during his post win interview - so we're following suit for his TRUE crew. Add 2 pairs of Eco Knits to your cart and use promo code PUTITONJOELSTAB, and receive one pair of Eco Knits free good through 12:00PM PST on 3/31.
  2. Global Golf 10% off code (came in email Tues, "Thanks Again. Meet our Pro Tips Team") stacks with current $15 off $100/$40 off $200 and free shipping over $99. Use Code:C-HJRNRGC-8PKWWH Got a certified preowned (mint) Vokey SM7 for $77....$91 shipped with some socks thrown in to leverage the discount. Not quite as good as Proozy RTX-4 deal listed prior but wanted a specific grind/bounce.
  3. Thanks for the heads up OP, just bought on golfballs.com since wanted custom logo/photo (for business). Great deal though would note can only use 1 discount code so have to choose free shipping or customization.
  4. Bought my Srixon Z 765 iron set with custom specs on Ebay from Hurricane Golf, no issues and would buy from again. Take a bit more risk with Ebay but pretty sure they're an authorized seller and have high feedback score/lots of transactions. Have bought other clubs from Maple HIll & Budget Golf so would compare with them (regular website & on ebay). Guessing they'll all be about the same price so more a question on how soon you want to get them vs waiting for a deal. Btw, the 765s are great, very happy with them!
  5. Ordered 11/26 and received 11/30 via UPS. No tracking info from merchant but did get alert directly from UPS. Gift was logo ball and synch bag. Only issue on order was the $1.35 RL polo for my wife came in one size bigger than we ordered. No complaints though as the other 7-8 items were all as advertised.
  6. Purchased from this site on a similar big sale following the PGA Championship at Quail Hollow, everything as advertised with no issues. Think they just handle gear for the PGA Championship. They typically do a 25% off sale shortly after the tournament and then for whatever is left do a sale like at present about 3-4 months later.
  7. Only able to order 1 per size but not complaining. Free shipping is if spend $50 after applying discount code otherwise my estimate was $14 so of course loaded up the cart with stuff don't really need. Mostly golf shirts but good variety of sizes available at present (but only as supplies last) and tough to beat quality for the prices if you don't mind the tourney logo. Now Thru Friday 11/29 Only! Special Savings Event! Receive a Ralph Lauren Tournament-Specific Polo for $1.00 using Promo Code: REACH Plus, save an additional 35% OFF on your entire order! Two FREE gifts and FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50! https://championship.source4.com
  8. Thanks for the heads up, just grabbed one. Looked through a bunch of reviews, largely all favorable especially given the price. That said Halloween sale at RBG...$102 for Sun Mtn Micro 4 wheel. [https://rockbottomgolf.com/accessories/push-carts/sun-mountain-golf-micro-4-wheel-push-cart/](https://www.rockbottomgolf.com/accessories/push-carts/sun-mountain-golf-micro-4-wheel-push-cart/ "https://rockbottomgolf.com/accessories/push-carts/sun-mountain-golf-micro-4-wheel-push-cart/")
  9. Rivertowne situation is sad and crazy part is it was in fantastic shape earlier this year. Not a turf expert but wonder if had to do with fact that last winter they overseeded for the first time. In fairness nearly every course in the Charleston area has had some type of major problem with conditions at least once over the past five years (many multiple instances). Still think there's a chance Rivertowne can improve to playable by OP's Oct trip. Rivertowne/Snee Farm/ Dunes West all owned by the same guy and unfortunately are run on a shoestring operating budget so super's can only do so much. Though conditions at any of those will never rival the more expensive clubs in town, they generally range from acceptable to very good. For the $ they are still by far the best value around for private/semi-private golf membership.
  10. 15% off plus free shipping over $25, 8/5-8/12, code CGSUMMER19...includes carts https://clicgearusa.com Not a screaming deal but in case it helps, think they only run promos like this twice a year. Love my clicgear 3.0 cart, still going strong after 5-7 years of frequent use.
  11. If your travel plans are somewhat flexible, the past few years from Nov-Mar Kiawah has been doing golf & dine type package, great deal...get 2 rounds of golf or 1 round and one dinner voucher plus 1 night at Sanctuary (hotel) or a villa. Either way, Kiawah is a great trip with wives (especially if stay at Sanctuary). Ocean course is better experienced walking and recommend drink at Ryder Cup bar afterwards.
  12. You would be joining Yeamans as some type of limited member, cost is reasonable but can only golf like May-Aug subject to certain times/days being blacked out. Also you won't have full use of clubhouse, grill, and parking lots. Basically you're treated like a second class citizen. That said if your primary reason to join is to play golf at a great old school layout where it's largely about width and angles, you'll rarely lose a golf ball, and is best experienced walking then it's totally fine (meaning you go there to play and that's it). Not sure what it takes to become a full member, if even possible, but needless to say it's a select group. Do keep in mind depending on where you live traffic around rush hour will be an issue.
  13. I would avoid Patriots unless location is most important, aside from the last couple holes on the harbor it's forgettable and as mentioned not usually in good shape, and not a good value. In addition to Stono, would add Wild Dunes (links course) and Rivertowne if you don't do another KI course. Both are resort type layouts within 20-30 mins of downtown. Rivertowne currently lost a bunch of fairways and is in terrible shape but by Oct should be fixed (this past early/mid spring it was in fantastic shape).
  14. Welcome to coming down here, good living for sure. As for which club, really depends on what you are looking for in terms of solo/family membership, how much you care about social/networking aspect, course style (older/newer, prefer to walk or ride?), and value for the $. There is no one universal best but think Country Club of Charleston checks most except for value. Yeamans is generally considered the best Charleston area (non Kiawah) golf course. One word of caution, while there is a direct link between membership cost and general course conditions, the climate down here must be tough because every course has experienced some major issue with conditions over the past 3-4 years.
