I just read through some comments on Instagram of Hixons post and he responded to a question that Callahan ridge would be public.

One question I would pose is if people have more issues booking tee times or getting lodging? Reason why I ask is I wonder if the bottleneck is lodging, given that they opened a new course and only opened a small portion of new lodging. I’ve talked with some others on this and personally, I think they need open another hotel style option to help with the additional rounds at Sheep Ranch. I may be off here but was just curious what others thought.

I’ve played Orchard Hills a couple of times but it’s been a while so things could’ve changed. Front 9 is tight and a little short with a couple of quirky holes. Back 9 is nice on a cool piece of land. Members are great. Range is small though. I think they only allow below 200 yds or something along those lines. I can’t remember for sure but I know it’s not full size. Again this could’ve changed since I’ve been there.
