  4. We have a lot of staff new to the industry and many who are worried about rules and not solving the problem or request at hand.
  5. I love Poolesville. Played the districts there in 1999 and made it.
  6. They are 100% NOT only for memberships. Anyone can use them. Not sure why they wouldn't let you use them. I'm going to guess you spoke with a new person who simply didn't know or, sadly, it was easier to make you wait.
  7. So far so good. Still need to get random stuff for the shop.
  8. Only the studio has Trackmans, which also has a GC Quad. Fitting bays and practice bays are GC Hawks.

  11. I can do it for you. Just send me a message.
  12. Golfworks swing weight kit and rubber tungsten weights.
  13. I'm more interested in the club data than shot results. If you have them, post them. We can highlight some things, outline future improvements, give you some questions to ask your guy. Happy Birthday!
  14. Sounds like you are about to go knee deep in this! It's not a bad thing. Learn all you can! Do you have your fitting/lesson numbers?
  15. "I tend to get laid off, then get a bit handsy and cut across the ball." Without seeing your swing and the club data, he is trying to get you to re route the club, because your path and angle of attack are probably no good.
  16. I can measure a stock head if you want. Send me a message so I get a notification.
  17. You can grind anything with the right belt.
  18. Sounds like you had a good experience and got what you wanted, which is usually not how posts in this forum go, so that's good! Can we go back to your, physician and auto mechanic, comment though... I am going to need names of said medical people that don't make you wait in the lobby, then in the room, then go back out to figure why you are there, wait after, charge you even though you have insurance, take every single piece of personal information then ask for it again, then you have to call them at least twice for results/discussion, then call again regarding insurance information, then go back in to get your money back. Mechanic... Confirm when to drop the car off, "any time this week" is not good enough, confirm they know what they are actually going to do, confirm that they have the actual parts there, confirm that the "only mechanic" who works on your car will be there "any time this week", call day after day to see if your car is ready, wait the weekend and call on Monday to see if it's ready, look at the bill and see that they didn't do what they were supposed to do. Repeat the cycle... Hit em straight!
  19. 1 piece. If it bothers you, put the tape on from the top, I do it from the bottom so I can see how much is getting tucked in, and you won't see the overlap on the bottom.
