1. GolfWRX has always been my go-to site for equipment reviews/recommendations, course reviews/recommendations and overall golf chatter. I like the wide variety of information and it's fun to browse the BST.
2. X2 for St. Germain or Minoqua CC!
3. "D**k Out" : when you hit a drive that doesn't go past the women's tees, you have to play your next shot with your "D**k Out".

a shot that barely gets 4 ft off the ground, a "worm ducker" still dont know if i made it up or heard it somewhere else
I always called these worm burners growing up, but a buddy of mine refers to them as "raping snakes" which I always find amusing.
Worm burners or "Bug F*%#ers"
5. The "Swing by Swing" app is great for this. I believe, even with the free version, you can preview any course using the Course Explorer feature. This allows you to view all holes and then use the touch screen to see distances, landing zones, hazards etc. It's a really nice feature. FYI...the App itself is free to download, but a premium membership available for a yearly fee that gives you more detailed stats etc. The GPS and course explorer feature are free I believe.
6. YES. The XHot series has turned out really good. Straightest driver I've hit and you're correct....the 3 wood is a monster.
7. Callaway XHOT is pretty forgiving. Use the "closed" setting for the face angle and it's hard to slice/push anything to the right. I even have a hard time "working" the ball left to right on purpose with this driver.

Yes, it's a golf company, but the logo is pretty "generic", yet cool and modern. I'm really picky about the way hats fit and I really like their flex fits. But it looks like the white one is sold out in my size.
I just bought a black and white mesh K

10. Shawn Clement is a good one too. He has an interesting teaching style and explains things very well. He has some nice "playing lesson" videos where he plays a few holes and walks you through his swing thoughts etc.
11. My PW is 46* and I carry a 50* and 56*. The 50* is my 115-90 yard club and the 56* is my short game and sand wedge. Any more wedges I start playing guessing games with myself and my short game goes to garbage. The 50* is my favorite club in the bag.
12. How about an oversized grip?! The first time I tried one I was amazed how great it felt in my hands.
13. I'm really looking forward to the trip and golf. This will be my first time golfing in Arizona and after the long winter we've had in Wisconsin it can't come soon enough. I was shocked how expensive the Kierland rates were even for resort guests. In addition to the favorable reviews for Wekopa, it was an easy decision. I'll probably take advantage of Kierland's practice facilities however!
14. I'm staying at Kierland at the end of April while my wife attends a conference for work. Chose the 36 hole package at Wekopa vs. golfing at the Resort after reading the comments on this forum.
15. My local Nevada Bob's rents hard-cases for $25 a week. You might want to check your local stores and see if they offer something similar.
